politics!! never ending.. i believe this is the "get out price" for RH... once YS takes its 30% stake, its all systems go.. company has lot of potential, just just could not get enough of raw materials, their factories was always running at 40% capacity, thats the reason they were making losses all these years...

you guys very brave to play contra on this counter, it has good fundamentals but not one for contra, PE is only 6.9, have not seen any oil producing counter that has that low PE.. hence buy for long term play... 2-3 years min

well it the ceo suka2 can bypass everyone and buy an associated company to bail it out, people will shun away from it.. expectations now is profits will erode and dividend will decrease with this buyout..

read the report properly, its logistics for coal... while people can push for green energy, most of our energy comes from coal, hence it will take a min of 10 years to convert if they go full steam.. still a viable business

one also needs to look at the political aspects of these companies, especially property and infrastructure related companies..

im quite surprised that they have not released any statements if they have paid the remaining deposit for the purchase. With the counter being sold off with volume, does not bode well. Bursa should fine the directors for this if they they have sold based on inside information
