Did you look at the company's cash position and receivables? Very interestingly. the marginal increased in sale in comparison to last year is exactly the same ie all in receivables.. Does it means that the company does not collect proceed from its additional sales..ie all in credits. And look cash position too, it dwindled. As an investor, I certainly worried.... Haha how could it be like pmetal ?

If we compare apple to apple..... then we the conversion price is 52.5 sens... so you should be very happy now because what you hold, is worth extra 7.5 sens per share..... Congratulations....

Hi ultratader...... sorry just to clear one point with you.... the conversion price in real term is 52.5 sens. That is with one La, you have to take up another 52.5 sens only. This is because 1 La has a nominal value of 7.5 sens. So when they say the exercise price is 60 sens. In practise, you have to take out 52.5 sens only.. As for warrant, if the exercise price is 80 sens.... you have to take up a full 80sens... so

I never know that a man with such good integrity will resort to this trick....... haha....So whom can we trust now??????

HOA has no legal status at all..... this was the trick they used to pull in the early 80s.........whenever the heads or someboby important visited a country.... there will be plenty of hoas and mous signed..... lots of publicities but eventually 99.99999999999999999% were left to laspe.. haha... we all being tricked......

Look like Mr Koon's advise fell flat on China stock... No dividend .. warrants will do .. this principle does not work with all the companies. For this company.... it not only adjusted itself but also due to lots of pent-up sellers...waiting to sell with the notion that our Malaysian investors are fools. Hence after adjustment, the price is worse............

What your remisier say 60sens is quite true... xcept that he forgot to tell that the LA itself carried 7.5 sens. You can either use 8 units of LA ( 8x7.5) =60 sens or use 1 units LA 7.5+52.5 =60sens.
For you information, LA which is a loan stock also give you interests albeit at a very low rate of 1 per cent only.

At today's price of 13 sens, your cost of equivalent to one mother share is only 13+52.5 or 65.5 sens only...

hey.. you must be working for the owners, promoting warrant... How can you promote warrant ? The exercise price for the warrant is 80 sens, it does not give you interests and at the end of 5 years, if you do not exercise, you end up with nothing. LA is much better, the conversion price is 52.5 sens. To change to mother share , the total cost will be say at 12sens +52.5 sens = 62.5 sens . Furthermore LA also carries a 1percent interests. So ..... which one is better....?

how can you say like that......we compare apple to apple ... Today to convert LA at 8 sens to mother share,you can do 2 ways..... 1. 8sen + 52.5 sens= 60.5 2, 8sens X 8 =64 sens. However if you want to exercise the warrant, you have to pay another 80sens. The cost of mother by converting the warrant is 14+80=94 sens. Further more on maturity, LA still carries 7.5 sens, whereas if you do not convert WA on maturity.. you get nothing... Haha.. so you see , why WA is dropping........ because yesterday and today's prices were all controlled.. You just wait and see..LA will go up and up and WA will keep dropping..

yes, if you want to buy Iretex, LA is a cheapest way to go in . It is also the safest in comparison to warrant. You do not have to convert your LA, just sell ihem when the price up.

you do not have to convert, just hold on to it. Unlike warrant , if you do not exercise, when the time expire , you get nothing. This LA is different, it has a value of 7.5 sens all the time. Eventually, when the LA matured, at worst, the company will combine 8 units of LA and give you one unit of mother share. It is very much better than warrant. Funny thing is warrant worth 15 sens today and LA closed at 7.5 sens. While warrant is out of the money, LA is actually selling at a discount. With a mother share at 75 sens, LA should worth at less 9sens. Simple , just divide 75 sens by 8, you get the fair value of LA....

Let compare the value of these 3 shares in a very simplistic way i.e by converting all shares to mother shares:

Mother Share is 75 sens
If you buy LA and convert to mother share , yu lowest cost will be 7.5 sen +52.5 sens and your cost will be 60 sens per mother share>

If you buy warrant, you cost will be 15+80 sens or 95sens a share.

So why so much warrant is traded today... simple.. majority sharesholders are selling warrant to buy LA...You get it.

So I totally agree, the eventual winner will the LA holders.

The fair price of LA should be 76-52.5 = 23.5 sens.. whereas the warrant carries an exercise price of 80 sens , yet it is trading ay 16 sens... Cost to the holder if want to cover to mother share would be 96 sens..... sell warrant if you have and buy LA
