Sold Bonus share at RM0.750 - RM1.365 - RM0.750 = RM0.615 ( Cost of P share ) - 620K units

Bought same qty of P share at RM0.750 - ( RM0.615 + RM0.750 )/2 = RM0.6825 - 1240K units

从您以上的回复， 我今天才知道过去两三个月和一位严重缺乏投资知识的人交流， 这是我的失误， 请原谅！ 最后， 赠您一句话， 愚昧无知不是错误， 虚心学习才是正道。

我的天呀！我是真的被你嚇到，你的数学怎么了？ 麻烦Tom and Klee 兄跟他数一数。我真怀疑连这样简单的计算法都不能理解， 该怎样去做投资？

凌晨三点多还在反驳， 投资这只股造成你不能入眠，有那么令人担心吗？ 你说得没错， 我之前在RM0.415买入620K units 的PR+RM0.95发售价=RM1.365(成本价), 然后在红股和优先股上市时， 在RM0.75卖完620K units 母股 和买入620K units 的优先股。 您全对了， 我手上已经没有EG 母股了， 只剩下1.24mil units 的EG-PA， 成本价为RM0.685。当有选择的时候， 我会选比较安全的投资工貝。

试想一下， 股价自去年初的RM1.26缓慢的下跌至今天的RM0.72， 在这下跌趋势中不断的增持至满倉， 股价还没出现见底的迹象， 而且同行如VS和SKP在这段时间股价创新高， 能不急吗？ 可能才有今天的失控， 只要一看到不利公司的批评就会胡乱指责。更打击的是投资人尊敬的冷眼先生已经卖出所有股份， 原因何在？ 记得他曾说过 : “没成长，不要买；有成长，不要卖；成长长，长持有；成长短，短持有”。

我之前质疑EG 的可收回账目高达三亿多， 营业额才十亿， 比较同行Unisem 可收回账目和营业税额的二亿和十五亿， 会不会太高呢？ 是不是里边有部分坏账或公司的收账能力太差？

你犯了大错误 ！

Conversion period : The RCPS may be converted at any time beginning from the Issue
Date at the option of the RCPS holder until the Maturity Date.
Any remaining RCPS that are not converted by the Maturity Date shall
be automatically converted into new EGIB Shares.

Redemption : The Company shall have the option to redeem the RCPS in cash at
100% of the Issue Price, in whole or in part (but always in the same
proportion in relation to each RCPS Holder), at any time from and
including the third anniversary of the Issue Date up to the day
immediately preceding the Maturity Date. For avoidance of doubt, the
accrued but unpaid periodic preference dividend payments shall be
due and payable upon redemption of the RCPS.
The Company shall give the RCPS holders no less than 30 days’ notice
prior to the date of redemption. The RCPS holders shall be entitled to
exercise their Conversion Rights in the event the Company issues a
notice of redemption. The RCPS which have been redeemed will be
cancelled and cannot be reissued.

VenFx At best Pa will presrrve a 0.015 to 0.02 premium over its ordinary share, due to taking into account for the 2% interest basing of 0.950 reference price on annually basis .

PA liquidity very low ... take note on that.

你到现在还不知道什么是可赎回可转换优先股， 我非常同情你 ！

中和看法。 如果公司业绩盈利下跌， 股价会下跌至RM0.70, 0.65 或0.60 什么价位都有可能， RCPS则会保持在RM0.73-0.75之间。反之， 如果业绩大好， 股价会同步上涨， 所以， 我只中短期持有安全， 下跌空间有限的PA。

也许是在梦里 ！
