alex .. penta can or not is a very difficult question to answer ! :) let's try :-
1) if u are a trend follower also known as position trader, why not ? the weekly and daily trend is still healthy .. trade the trend till it comes to and end .. u must have your own definition of trend exhausting or possibly reversing depending on your risk profile eg break of market structure (LH and LL forming) or 20EMA crossing below 50EMA or price goes below 200EMA etc etc
2) if u are a swing trader like me, also why not ? buy on downswing and sell on upswing ... the objective is to gain ONE short-term swing ! eg of recent swing wud be entry one bid above the bullish pin-bar (refer red arrow) at oversold stochastic and exit is where upward trendline resistance ... however, i wud not want to chase price now cuz it's too near the UTL already yes ?? so, gotta patiently wait for another swing point !

hehehehe duit ... it's just mind-boggling how one can enter this vicious bursa world without knowing what one is doing !! it's hard-earned money we are dealing with here yes ???

if u are a RULE based person like me, then u gotta have step by step rules to follow just so u don't trade with emo ... and asking question like if x price is the lowest ... if y price is the highest etc etc

duit .. there are so many ways too to trail profits ie when to take profit !!! yes, when it comes to counter-trend trade (ie downtrend rally) it is always good to take profit at support turned resistance level (or they call it the FLIP zone) ... or at 20EMA/50EMA resistance

i just give u an example how i enter uptrend pullback swing trade based on buy low sell high :-

Conditions
1) EMAs must be sloping UP
2) 20EMA must be above 50EMA
3) price pulls back and touch 20EMA or lower
4) price closes above 50EMA
5) stochastic is oversold

Entry
1) Buy one bid above prior day high (ie the candle that touches 20EMA or lower but closes above 50EMA)

Stop loss
1) Cut one bid below prior day low

Thing is i NEVER know if the trade will go in my favour and so a PLAN is a MUST !!!!

zen ... who can tell if x price is lowest or highest ?? if this can happen, then nobody needs to average down cost like crazy yes ?? or if this is possible, then there is no need to cut loss yes ?? earlier i mentioned price may retest 1.37 low based on hourly chart and so it did ... from here gotta monitor further price action (look at the hourly chart again ... perhaps 50EMA can support ... perhaps a level with clusters of candles can support) ... or it can also the directions i drew on the chart ie a head and shoulder pattern ... thing is who knows but mr market ??

notice u like momentum trades yes ?? so u MUST have all these in mind before u enter a trade based on momentum trading strategy :-
1) what are the conditions to enter a momentum trade (eg macd must show strong momentum .. price must be above 5EMA or 10EMA cuz this means very strong trend aka parabolic movement)
2) once entered, how shud i manage the trade (eg if price has moved 10% in my favour then i move up my stop loss or if price has moved 30% in my favour then i take 50% profit and so forth)

if u want to play counter-trend also possible cuz price is pretty far away from 20EMA on daily ... thus, again the mean reversion rule ie price may find its way back to 20EMA before deciding the next step ... in this case, go down to hourly chart to look for short-term 'reversal' pattern and aim for daily 20EMA level or daily level between 20EMA and 50EMA which has been acting as dynamic resistance ??

duit .. for me i think i prefer to wait for a probable downtrend reversal !! in this case, i will look out for clear reversal chart patterns like inverted head & shoulder / double or triple bottom .. so entry will be a break of such pattern .. in the event there is no pattern whatsoever, then wait for a confirmed UPTREND and play pullback
