該公司今日發文告表示，旗下的亞航（印度）已經正式接獲印度民航局的航空營運全准證，以在印度進行商業航空業。

競爭激烈存風險

亞航首席執行員東尼費南達斯也提前在週三通過推特宣佈這消息。

這張在印度的經營執照，亞航等了超過1年的時間。2013年3月，亞航獲准在印度成立聯營公司，聯營伙伴包括印度的Tata集團。亞航原本希望去年12月開始在印度展開飛行業務，包括在開始提供一些免費機票。

ICICI證券公司一名航空飛行員拉西沙說：“競爭料將開始加劇，我們需看他們的計劃，例如接下來幾年他們將開拓哪些航線，新的航空公司可能會提供具有吸引力的機票價，價格競爭戰將無可避免。”

費南達斯去年指出，在開始飛行期間，亞航將提供免費機票。

大馬研究認為，進軍印度長期而言深具潛能，但短期還是必須謹慎，因為印度發展仍有很多風險。“印度人口是一項利多，而且該國的旅遊市場尚未全面開拓，也是商機，但任何在印度的投資都面對很多的風險，包括印度國內航空的成本結構偏高、飛機燃油稅也非常高、機場稅也高昂，並且缺乏專業的飛機師。”

爭取印度100萬乘客市場

亞航印度的總部將設在印度南部城市真奈，該航空公司將採用空巴A320飛機，主要在印度國內一些較小的城市飛行，東尼費南達斯說，他希望爭取印度每日約100萬名搭乘火車的搭客轉搭廉航。

亞航及新航皆分別與印度Tata集團展開聯營合作，在印度政府於2012年放寬投資條例後，阿布扎比的Etihad航空公司PJSC，已收購印度Jet航空公司的股權，該航空公司也是準備爭取印度12億人口的航空市場。

在截至3月的年度，印度經濟成長4.9%，是過去10年來的低水平，官方在程序上的拖延，影響印度投資計劃的進展。

大馬研究也認同，印度航空業競爭激烈，這會削弱回酬，因此不排除短期會虧損，以印尼亞航為例，就需要3年才打平盈虧。

不過，大馬研究認為，印度的確擁有龐大的商機，長期發展可期，特別印度的國際航線擁有很大的發展潛能。
