（吉隆坡10日讯）幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）放眼2014财年转亏为盈，以及在明年成功脱离PN17公司行列。

幸马泰资源总执行长克里斯道尔顿在今日宣布有关哈萨克Rakuscheknoye油气田的发展与生产协议汇报会上表示，“根据目前正在进行的采油活动，我们有信心可达成2014财年6900万令吉的盈利目标。”

在跟油气田拥有者———Markmore Energy（纳闽）有限公司（简称MELL）签署的上述协议，幸马泰资源将负责该油气田的发展、执行和生产计划，以在2017年达到每日至少1亿2000万标准立方英尺（mmscf）天然气产量的要求。

根据协议，幸马泰资源在2014至2017年投产前，将获得总值4500万美元（约1亿4436万令吉）的计划管理费用；在2017年达标投产后，该公司将对每1000标准立方英尺的天然气产量征收75美分（约2.40令吉）的费用。

无论如何，克里斯道尔顿强调2014财年的盈利预测，是不包括来自上述协议的贡献。

“预期在2014财年连续交出两个盈利季度后，我们将向相关单位申请脱离PN17公司行列，这可能会是明年8、9月的事。”

正物色油气资产

展望公司的未来前景，克里斯道尔顿表示，幸马泰资源也正在物色其他油气资产，而物色行动将在接下来的一两个月后有结果。

“预期我们将很快向某些目标开价，该目标都是分布在我们主要的业务地区———中亚。”

幸马泰资源董事经理陈玉宏也指，除了作为上述油气田发展计划管理者，幸马泰资源也有意竞标此计划底下、约总值4000万美元（1亿2800万令吉）的输油管工程。

“基于跟MELL关系，若我们可展现执行该输油管工程的能力，将占据很大的夺标优势。”

哈林沙艾：需求大卖天然气 不必靠国油

持有幸马泰资源25%股权的大股东丹斯里哈林沙艾表示，旗下MELL所生产的天然气需求充足，暗喻不一定要靠国家石油公司（Petronas）购买来支撑销量。

“MELL在哈萨克生产的天然气，潜在买家有来自欧洲、俄罗斯和哈萨克等地。”

当询及国油是否也在潜在买家的名单中时，哈林沙艾笑言：“我们不喜欢这个名字。”

但他坦诚，目前MELL尚未跟任何买家签订了天然气产品的买卖协议。

“但我们非常有信心，因为我们的成本很低。”

根据该油气田已被探勘的10%区域所预测，幸马泰资源指，Rakuscheknoye油气田的总天然气储量达1.54兆标准立方英尺，相当于30.8亿美元（约98.56亿令吉）的商业价值。
