if anyone is genuinely here to evaluate whether to vote FOR or AGAINST, I suggest you look at 2 things:

1. the historical comments in i3 and KLSE Screener. historical dating back to mid-January 2021. you will already know what is happening and the agendas when you do this.

2. check the profiles of the commenters and see if they are brand new accounts commenting specially for BIMB-WA or have been commenting for years.

in any case, there is no chance for anyone coming here to read to turn the vote around. it is purely to give you an idea on what to vote for your small stake.

It will get to that point when I happily share to BIMB the screenshot of auditorandconsultant's now-deleted post saying that "there is an email from high-rank person from BIMB confirming that there will be higher offer when SOA fail and he has given green light for higher offer". Proceeds to say that he has to "protect the direct number and email address of this person" but then after that interestingly shares in detail his name and position in Bank Islam.

Fairly sure that if BIMB does not take action, Hamzah Johari will...when he finds out his name is being used to confirm and green-light a higher offer.

KingSSS, highly unlikely go 38sen if resolution not passed. At max u can see 36.5sen. what u can do is q sell 38sen and if resolution pass and warrant price touch 38sen then u may get. But also unlikely to hit 38.

KingSSS, it's called acknowledging your mistake, moving on to next investment and recovering back. Can guarantee you that it will be 20-30sen if resolution not pass. Up to you to choose - scenario A (vote yes get back 38sen and reinvest and recover) or scenario B (vote no and if resolution blocked, price plunge to 20-30sen and then hope BIMB share price goes above RM5.10 in 2.7 years. If doesn't, your warrant is toilet paper).

Bimb has never exceeded RM5 even when banks were at record highs few years back.

U just need to see the historical comments of these dissenters....or actually this single dissenter and you will know why he is desperately spreading such rumours. Until can make a mistake of using a real person's name in Bank Islam to spread messages.

Of course vote for. If resolution not passed, BIMB-WA will plunge and only recover IF Bank Islam does very well and exceeds RM5 in 2.7 years.

Hi everyone, as expected, auditorandconsultant deleted his post which he posted on 19 March 2021 at 1.11pm saying BIMB's Head of Business Banking, Hamzah Johari gave green light to offer higher price if resolution not passed. email me if you are interested to bring this matter to BIMB as per my recommendation. I took a screenshot earlier. Sometimes hard to understand why people delete posts in the 21st century. Just a simple screenshot and you're a gone case.

For those still curious who is telling the truth, screenshot and send what Auditor Consultant said earlier (the post at 1.11pm, 19 March 2021) and/or send the 'email' to BIMB's IR and Hamzah Johari's secretary and call them up to get a confirmation. Hamzah Johari is Bank Islam's Head of Business Banking....haha not even related to this restructuring which involves mostly BIMB holding co and not Bank Islam. Contact the Bank Islam's general line and get Hamzah's secretary's extension and email. Send the screenshot and/or supposedly Hamzah's email to the secretary's email and call her to get a follow up. Hi everyone. Let me tell you some background about what is happening here. Basically, you need at least 25% votes or 105 million warrants to vote against resolution for the resolution to fail. This 105 million is way too big for any small retailers or even a group of retailers to have. What is happening is BIMB-WA price has been going up and there is not much return left to get. At 36.5sen, the return is only 4%. How to get more return? It is by spreading rumour that resolution will fail then people will get scared and unload the warrants. I myself have 1.5million units queuing at 35.5sen and its quite hard to get but I won't stoop so low by spreading fear and getting people to unload. Auditor Consultant has been trying hard to do this but it hasn't worked so far. His first attempt was to say vote against because offer price too low and is worth much more. Second attempt became a bit more desperate by saying he and his group has 29% of the warrants - which is enough to block the resolution. This attempt also did not work to bring the BIMB-WA price down and today he has a new attempt - which is to produce an email supposedly by Mr Hamzah Johari who is Head of Business Banking in BIMB saying that BIMB will offer a higher price if the resolution fails. Here is what you need to know - there is no such thing as Auditor Consultant and his group having 29% stake. No need to promote everywhere to vote against if you really have 29%. The second thing I found out from a contact in i3investor is that Auditor Consultant, God_of_Wealth, Malaysian IB_HongKong and UlarSawa are all the same person in i3investor. 1 person - 4 different profiles. Posting comments everyday hoping to spread fear and then collecting at cheaper prices to earn more money. Today, Auditor Consultant made the biggest mistake of his life - by creating a fake email and impersonating Hamzah Johari. All the previous attempts were just inaccurate but nothing criminal. Unfortunately, the latest attempt of impersonation is a crime. I have been told BIMB has become aware of this and action will be taken soon since the impersonation is a criminal offence. Everyone just sit back and relax, vote for the resolution in the CCM and get your 38sen. If you are interested to know who this Auditor Consultant is, you will have a chance to find out when he is charged for impersonation.

i can conclude that it is all bark and no bite. there are desperate attempts to push down the price of BIMB-WA so that people can make that attractive but riskless profit. the number of shares against the resolution will be nowhere near 105 million.

Just88, please show the provision detailing the inter-conditionality. BIMB-WA gives the right to own BIMB, but it is only a right until exercised. BIMB-WA holders have no right to vote on the restructuring, only the repayment. this is why there are 2 separate meetings.

those trying to "fight" for higher price...thinking may be twisted. first of all, you have to ask yourself this question - what caused the share price to fall from IPO price of RM4.55 to RM1+ ?? The answer is mismanagement and corruption. and that happened when Felda didn't even have controlling stake. now imagine with 72% stake, Felda has total control...they can do what they want. If Wahid is still there to manage Felda, that's fine. The minute they change it to a politician, these dissenting shareholders will regret it big time.

no proper accomodation is very normal everywhere, especially when company trying to make profit. but when company make RM10-20 billion profit and no proper accomodation, that's terrible.

earlier someone had an opinion that raid on Topglove Ipoh factory will be bad for them because among other things the US CBP ban will not be lifted. and i saw so many hopefuls bashing him for that opinion saying that he's spewing hatred bla bla. interesting how people get so defensive when they hold the stock when that opinion is more or less a fact. some opinions (positive and negative) are emotional and needs to be set aside but some are facts and must be considered.
