M3 is stabalizing now. Fewer roll overs & ding dong games. Good news.
For the Q results, I am still not convinced about the turn around story. To me, the M3Suites are not selling that well as claimed by some. Maybe I have interpreted wrongly.

I am surprised that M3 released the results much earlier than previous years. I don't recall it has done this way before.
Leave the resutls aside, will M3 share price go up?
I think it's more difficult now, my guess.
It's good to see how those roll over players settle down before we can see a meaningful price recovery, if there is any.
It's quite different when one takes M3 & compare with HuaAn. For a stock to shoot up crazily, very much has to do with the background of the boss. Naturally, every boss wants the share price to spike up, but not every boss can do that magic trick.

In the coming 2 weeks, watch M3 carefully.
I believe the insiders should roughly know the last Q results.
11c & 5c seems to be a very strong support. +- 5c is the price where major shareholders "disposed" off all the W to third parties / proxies. At 5.5 / 6c, the W is commanding good premium over mother shares.
M3W is an odd product which merely has a total of 3 years life span, it is expiring 2019 Aug. Of course, the big boss always thinks differently.
In the meantime, the ding dong activities has slightly subsided.
Let's observe it in the coming 10+ more trading days in Feb.

M3W is at fat premium over mother share. The sellings are very strong it's a good sign but still too early to wade into it.
The big players must buy a lot a lot, then only there is hope for a recovery.

Like I have said before, coming Q result will tell you whehter it's OK to buy.
Having said that, the boss can book the profits only at the last Q only.
So we are dealing with 1. company's performance 2. the sincerity of the boss.

It will be good to jump out of the current thinking cycle.
On many occasions, because we have shares in a company, we tend to see only the "imaginary positive developments" of that company. For example, the volume is building up, so the price will go up.
Rarey, players will think of the potential "unexpected negative developments".

If M3 doesn't report a profitable Q as expected. I can expect mad & crazy sellings down to 10c.
If M3 reports a turnaround result, it may be 17c. Then what's the bright side? Since someone in this group is targetting at least 25c, I think would be much safer to buy after the Q result.

Will M3 drop to 13c or even touch 12c? I think the chance seems higher now. If the buying force doesn't turn stronger but merely just support at buyer's bid, sooner some short term investors will become sellers & start selling off the shares.
Q result will come out by Feb end. Judging by the past announcement dates, M3 always will announce Q result almost on the last few days only. That's is another month from today.
If the play on M3 is based on expected good Q result, then I would not surprise if share price is further press down before a good bounce up. There are simply too many short term players in the ding dong game.

Does it sound logic when the targeted price is around 40c when the current price is merely 15c, yet nobody sapu the shares?.
That's what I mean the sincerity of the boss is very important. Even though the company may be profitable, a boss can hide the profit & show it only at the last quarter, leaving many investors in despair.
Or in a worse scenario, the company is still in the red after the so called "new & innovative product suites" is launched. A rosy & bright picture is then needed to be projected now for the dudes in the market to buy the shares, but end up carrying loss making shares.

How a stock can go up when there are too many contra kaki?
Then again, how come so many contra kaki if the expected result is good?
Then again, how come the expected results is good when the big boss isn't sincere?
In the end, the question will pose back to the boss.

The W commands slightly higher premium now than before the market adjustment.

Price is taking a break.
It hardly can move like some other penny stocks which flies all the way.
If it's a turnaround good result play, then price will move up upon showing good resutls only. Or else, any shoot ups are always good opportunities to take profit.

M3 yet to attract a broadbase retailers. Yesterday some rolled over, I believe today will happen also.
Why roll over? Punters buy in bulk hoping to contra for a profit.

Over the weekend, the warrant specialist Master Voon has recommended M3 W.
After 3 trading days, the M3 W has gone up by one cent saja.
Either Master has no influence in the mkt / or he has a bad reputation for selling once published article / or retailers hv no interest in this counter / big players yet to play / the integrity of the big boss is in doubt by the mkt...

The retail participation in M3 isn't very high & active. Some bought at 14/15c then just wait, hoping for a contra play. Big guys behind aren't pushing it fiercely yet. I see the counter will remain sluggish in the coming days for T3 & T4 clearing. After which, depends on the sentiment again.

Too many rolled over. maybe too many speculators heard that it will be good, so buy early wait for good opportunity to sell. I think M3 is
1. The expected good results is already reflected in the share price. If not, any insiders will wallop the current low share price & wait for the appreciation. Let's put it RM5mil profit, current price already reflects rational PE ratio. Unless the company can do wonders like street magicians -- create something out of nothing, that's the maximum profit it can generate in the coming one two years.
2. Without any corner investors / syndicates working behind, the share price simply cannot move up fast. I think the big boss's reputation isn't generous or friendly to the market players. He may not even want to see players make more money than him, a typical "kiasu kiasi" thinking & attitude.

I think sometimes that's how the syndicates play. They know how many shares are in circulation, who has bought at certain prices...etc.
They may not play when everyone expects them to.
Back to my question earlier, if the boss can't get corner investors...then market will only price this counter based on valuation + the reputation of the management (intrinsic value of the big boss).

If you goto M3 official website, you will get tot know more of its products. You will be surprised by the range of the products. However, you may not have heard of its products in the market at all, quite a sad case.

M3 has too many roll overs. Everyone thinks it will be played up in short term? What if it starts going up only in Feb? Keep your rollings on every T3 or T4 then.

Put the "expected recovery results" aside. This M3 may not perform as good as some other penny stocks. We all know that, other than good results, a counter must have some players actively working hard behind to support & push up the share price. I think M3 lacks the this important factor.
As to why it could not find corner investors? I think maybe someone can answer this?

hmm, dont know which Sabah big croc do you mean? I think a Sabah big croc is still holding the shares. Sometimes, with big croc as shareholders could be stimulus for share price.

As M3 is coming back to 14c, suddenly everyone turns positive. hehe. Nonetheless, pls remain positive. It's one of the penny stocks which could provide > 100% return. Looking forward to it.

Whatever the board says, whehter true or not, we all don't know. Even the IBs can only make expectations based on the briefings & figures given by the company.

Just think of this:
1. At mother ~ 13c & W at ~ 6c now, how much the syndicates can get from the mkt if their story isn't true? If you are a seasoned player, you shd know that all stocks price could crash after hitting new highs, very2 rare or never when stock prices are lingering at low levels.

2. Good example: IFCA, Anzo, MLab, MQTech...Just to quote few big crashes happened recently.

I believe the company wants to show better results in the coming Qs, at least the price could go much higher before the major holders thinking of selling in the market.

In the coming months, I think the IBs are the ones to push up stock price by showing good write up on the company.

M3 has unusual pattern since the drop from 17c, unlike the Trive, MQTech...etc. Don't know what's happening.
I don't know the "new shareholder" as claimed by some would happen, but I doubt it.
The usual thing is, syndicate penny stocks would always give surprises to the retailers.

M3 has no T3 sellings, quite obviously. I don't expect any strong T4 selling then. It is not going strongly like crazy buying, which in turn, is a blessing probably. Share price like this would normally sustainable & poise for a much higher target.
The only thing unknown to outside buyers is, how is the current biz going on for the current quarter.
AGM is also coming, I expect more surprises & announcements by the board on the AGM.

Typical autie retailers. Buy 1kg of sawi but still complain that the sawi is not fresh.

I mean, M3 is a very interesting stock. Worth watching it. I don't say it will fly, as it could also drop heavily. Either way, I think it could out of imagination of 99% of the people here.

I wouldn't comment buy mother or W. It's more important to play along the trend. Whether mother or W, if you go in at the wrong timing, the retrace is painful especially if you play contra.

If work on 50% premium basis. The W shd be around 10c by now.

M3 14.5c. W 6.5c. Expiry 2018 Aug. conversion 10c. Virtually very low gearing. Very unusual for a "projected growth & transformation" stock.
