The danger with all these "hidden cash" is one day the cash can also disappear without everyone knowing. No way if the cash is so much yet no major controlling shareholders in the coompany. They know better or we know better?

I remember in the early days many big2 big2 syndicates use the same signal to push up stock prices also. So 6c is coming liao. I am quite sure if you dare to Q at 2c -- >100k shares each block, you are sure to get them.

More & more listed companies are becoming super penny stocks. Huge paid up, trading at less than 5c. So promoters can start some magic shows -- MOUs, new projects, cash balance in the account...etc. They adapt & change their strategies from time to time, only the ignorant small investors think they can make big money. Buy 2c & sell 6c! I think the chance of striking a Toto is better.

Banker is giving out tips: 8 / 8 / 8. Every time banker buys only 800 shares. Sure HuAT lah.

So..will 2c be cleared? I think so. Because the sellers are high chance the same batch of people. They will clear and prove it wrong to the naysayers. Then some inexperience buyers will be anxious & start jumping into 2.5c also.

Only trick is, they bought in big bulks, millions of shares, so they want more people to take up the 2c instead buying up themselves, yet they promote the target price at 6c/8c/ or even 10c!!!

Easily another 10mil shares will be available at 2c. Happy if you could sell off at 2c. hehehe!

Beware of all the dummy accounts are being used to support the promoter in the forum. You will notice many accounts may surface to support the promoter, this is to show that many "outsiders" do agree with the promoter. In the actual fact, they are the same gang, cohort to confuse some inexperience investors.

Some stocks are for punting, gambling, never for long term holding.
McQuarie bought some many private placement shares at much higher price but you don't its name in the shareholder lists. McQuarie has been doing the same trick not only in NetX, but also in other penny stocks -- XOX is just another one. It's doing this just for fees.
A main point to take note of a company whether it's going to bust is to check its shareholder list. If you see there is NOT EVEN a single shareholder who holds 20 - 30%, then you'd better be aware. A very simple reason is not possible for the shareholders not to buy more if the prospect is so...good.
You can punt / gamble any counters. The risks are for you to bear.
If promoter says target price is 6c/8c or even 10c, why not get a loan to whack up all the 2c sellers?

If Netx is so....good & probably can go up to 10c and ask people don't sell at 2.5c, then I would suggest why not you just buy up all the 2.5c!!!!??? At least you can all the way up to 10c!!!!!!

Between NetX & Jadi, I think Jadi could be better. Just compare penny stock to another penny stock.

Who is NetX's controlling shareholder? Apparently none! Base on 2018 annual report, only 1 shareholder -- AsiaBio owns slightly more than 5% of the NetX, the rest are all individuals, probably some of you here.

Look at those super penny stocks: vivo, Anzo, XOX, Impiana & of course this NetX, what is the common thing among them? Very2 big share issued & price is just few cents, less than 5c indeed. As some poor punters thought the price is "cheap" & keeps averaging down, they find themselves stuck in the deeper shit.
Conmen plays different tricks from time to time. All at the expense of the poor, ignorant, love tips instead of tits punters.

NetX's paid up is 3.49mil shares. In other words, every 1c up will increase the mkt cap by almost 35mil. If 2c now goes up to 5c, that's a whoppy 105mil increase in the mkt cap!!! What the biz is so good that the mkt cap can increase substantially? The answer is very obvious: Conman biz.

Working very very hard to promote a super penny stock. Why NO fun managers aware of all these goodies except the CalvinConman?

3.5c could be very2 hard, quite impossible to me. In the late 2018, nobody knew what could have happened to the OG sector, many were at their lows then. Now white knight has appeared for the Scomi Group, I believe they have done the study. You look at the panic vol for Scomies at the opening, after 1 hr basically panic selling has subsided. Those kena chop have been chopped, another few more days weak holders will be chopped also. The price should remain at least 5c & above.

Nonetheless, every stock has its worst off value. Only totally koyak counters are worthless, don't even dream of white knight. In the punting world, many punters wish to make big, BIG BIG ones with small small bet. In reality, rarely happens.
Does Scomies have hope? I think so, honestly. It's a matter of price & length of time you are willing to pay & wait. That's it. If you buy around 5c or maybe 7c now, the chance is definitely higher & good compare to the timing when the Calvinconman promoted the stocks at around 12c.
BE VERY VERY ALERT when someone suddenly promotes a stocks, especially penny stocks which has shot up 20 - 40%. Promoters have all the good data, graphs, first hand news for the punters to feel good.

That Calvinconman asked to buy even at 12c, now is 50% cheaper!!! I don't know what kind of "fundamental study" has the conman done.

Many so chai thinks NetX can continue to go up. NetX issued & paid up is 3.49b shares, at 2.5c the mkt cap is already 87mil. At 8c target price, the mkt cap will be around 279mil. Logically speaking, an empty nut shell company is worthless. Of course all the so chai will think NetX will be another Karambunai.

The same dude is calling a buy on NetX! Which has a paid up & issued shares 3.2b sjares/

When stock is up almost 50% from the 7c, suddenly all the experts flow in with various good reasons to buy.
1. Have the fundamentals of the oil industry substantially changed for the past one month?
2. Has the oil price substantially changed for the past one month?

Other than this Impiana, mkt participants should also check out those couters with excessive share issued, price is less than 5c. Many people think the price is cheap but the mkt caps don't justified for that listed companies. Vivocom / NetX...DBE be careful on these.

Conso 10 to 1. Now Mkt cap is 167mil. For a shop hotel operator, I think reasonable mkt cap is about 50mil. So you can work out after the conso exercise, how much would the mkt price be.

Does Impiana worth 3c? I still think not. The company not worth 3c/share meaning it's grossly over valued the company's assets. biz...etc. At 3c, Impiana Bhd is about 180mil. Assuming you have that amout of money, do you want to spend 180mil to buy few hotels like "Chow Kit" standard?
Just ask yourself this question before putting your money into it.

Recession proof stock Eduspec? Kanasai! Loss making company with no direction. Maybe new people at the helm could salvage a little more value but recession proof? Very2 early to say this.

Rubbish stock worth market cap of > 200mil for the few 3rd class hotels? Be in mind, the Impiana KLCC is not under this camouflaged "Impiana Hotel Bhd" !!!
What you are buying are those cheapskate hotels but also under Impiana brand.
Another hotel operator GCE Bhd merely has mkt cap of < 100mil. Just imagine both are 3rd class hotel operators, this Impiana Bhd worth double than GCE? For what?

Everyone buys this rubbish stock simply the volume is still good & price is damned low (NOT CHEAP). Hoping to flip & make half a sen.

Who is selling at 6c / 6.5c? I think this is important. By right, nobody will sell as the loss is big. However, if you think the compnay is heading towards PN17, then better sell now but of course, ask the boss to buy small volume & publish it. So that every one gets excited -- something is brewing.

Something is brewing? If you check closely, this "so called substantial sharholder" only hold 9% dierect & 4% indirect holding of the company!!! What's wrong? If the company is good -- i3 display selling very well..., you only hold about 15% of the company? My God!!!
If we really study the penny stocks of the local mkt, many major shareholders are very rich -- filthy rich, but the listed entity is really terrible. All at the expense of the small shareholders, or retailers.
