No dividend why 26 sen? Why not below 4 sen like Xinghe?

Read this week weekly Edge this year saw 200 IPO in China. Perhaps Xinghe should consider dual listing? Or privatised in Malaysia to relist in China? Why we need so many i3 forumers? Nobody hold Xinghe now?

Many local stocks(inc Frontkn, EG) never pay dividend why they don't trade at 3.5 sen like Xinghe can you answer?
