RVI123 Danny is too strong financially. He does not need to jack up the share price to boost up his confidence level. He likes the price to remain low so that he can collect more. Those who can not wait or do not have the patience to wait will have to sell to him. Another stock that has the same situation is KSL.

Somewhat agree. Now China stocks is going to delist 1 by 1. Why come to Bursa to beg for your money when own already have a lot of money? So Lotte case I think reverse is true. Last time delist because owner no need your money.

Dividend is good but is it sustainable? Tambun unbilled sales is not high or too dependant on Pearl City(PC) to generate 90% revenue. I prefer Huayang because 42 sen cheaper and many property projects(include just took over Magna) compare to Tambun PC.

Teck Ng Yes, 7 sen is a good dividend yield of 4.9% against today Closing Price of RM1.43. Much better than FD rate.

Because give too high dividend Tambun never buy land unlike HuaYang even bought Magna to further increase landbanks. When you have many locations landbanks easier to sell properties compare to Tambun only 1 place ie Pearl City.
