Uptrend continues, pushing to previous year's high!

Bulls gaining strength, uptrend will continue for some times, collect more and keep till good news announced.

Ended with a long yang K-line and good volume too. Bullish trend continues and l believe Dsonic will reach previous year high in coming weeks. l am very positive about it.

It has been a quite day today. It ended with a small decline as predicted yesterday. Not many sellers and buyers probably those holding the stock are waiting for better times while buyers are hoping for some corrections. It seemed to have hit a resistant level. l would say that there might be some short term corrections before it move up again as the trend is still bullish, barring any unforeseen circumtances.

Good day everyone. Good to see that bulls still have the upper hand albeit some selling pressure, quite normal for some profit taking but l believe it can't stop the overall uptrend. Avoid selling too early as you might miss the opportunity to gain more. For those who bought earlier try to hold on a bit longer, in fact should buy more and keep till announcement of possible positive news soon.

In addition, the double bottom or W shaped of the candlestick formed between Aug 10 and Sept 3 could confirmed the uptrend that follows. On top of that, the pattern of K-chart from 10 Aug up to today seemed to be forming an inverse head shoulders, further strengtening the uptrend theory. So l would suggest maintain buy strategy.

The day ended with a doji, signaling some selling pressure and possible small decline tomorrow. However, it is still uptrend despite possible small corrections. This is based on SMA and MACD. l noticed that SMA 30 crossed above SMA60 on 13/7 and SMA 90 on 25/7, since then it has break away from the bearish environment and on the uptrend overall. Further more, MACD crossed above the signal line on 1/9, signalling bullish environment. Those who have bought late August and early September must be reaping good profit now. Suggesr buy especialy on short term corrections. Chance to move up to previous year high of 1.80 seems a great possibility.

The day ended with a hanging man, although this might signal a resistant level and posibble small corrections, l believe it is still on the uptrend tomorrow as the candlestick still has a long lower shadow. Good luck and let's see how it goes tomorrow.

On another note, looking at the half day trading, there seemed to be a formation of another Doji, which could signal a small decline, but it is too early to tell, have to wait for afternoon session.

Purely based on technical analysis, Dsonic is definitely bullish and uptrend. If we examine the K line chart, the correction phase was from 10 Sep to 18 Sep, and interestingly a Doji which normally signalling a reversal appeared on 15 Sep . True enough, the trend started to reverse on 21 Sep with the appearance of a long Yang K line, and pushed the price futher up in next few days. However, you need to combine K line analysis with other factors like volume, median line, news related to the organization, economic , political, social etc to make better judgement.
