careplus acquisition of the remaining 49.9998% careglove global sdn bhd completed 12-2-2020.few years back this company revenues 150-190m,net profit 8-12m p year.good timing.careplus(m) sdn bhd is the lossmaker,but now jv with ansell 50% each other is good too.

thanks chief999,a lot of glove companys went up so much except this ug healthcare,i had no choice even it listed in sg.i bought 23-28cts (sg dollar)recently,this company explored uk,brazil,china.....markets also.

i do not like this proposed.looked back glove industries every year grow atleast 7-8pct.why within this few year back it can not catch up? it should expend in this bright future sector with their net cash position.

looked back recently this company payout every quarter 1cts dividend,the dividend yeild equal to 6.2pct,compared with bank much more better only 2-3pct.no of shares only 272m,hopefully company appreciate us with bonus and special dividend.
