Kuala Lumpur : Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Bhd looks poised to remain active today as the company has been linked with a possible bid for 1MDB's 60 per cent stake in Bandar Malaysia project in Kuala Lumpur.

Bandar Malaysia consist of 486 acre of land, and is the state fund's portion is valued at RM11 billion.

Iskandar Waterfront, partly owned by Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo.

Lim, who has a US$650 million fortune according to Forbes Magazine will likely partner China Railway Engineering in the venture.

Iskandar shares were up nine to 92 sen, looks poised to breach the RM1 point today.
