Semoga saya telah salah sangka terhadap nemesis. Akan tetapi saya berharap nemesis jgn terlalu syok dlm suruh org membeli mkland kerana ianya jelas bahawa tiada apa yg akan berlaku dlm waktu terdekat ini. Saya juga yakin yg nemesis mempunyai hubungan yg baik dgn pihak pengurusan dan harap you akan gunakan hubungan baik ini dlm menasihati pihak pengurusan supaya jgn mengecewakan pemilik saham mkland yg kerdil macam saya. Sewaktu dia naik 0.24 you minta org beli. Bila jatuh ke 0.21 you kata ianya cantik. Please dont Add salt to our wound. Saya kini syak you suruh org beli bila naik 0.24 tapi you you jual dan bila jatuh 0.21 you beli balik. Ingat ya kejujuran itu penting bukan duit. Correct me if i am wrong. Terima kasih

Thanks for your selfish wish for mkland to stay @0.22 or lower so you can buy big. Hopefully you keep buying. Mkland is a good company but it CANNOT be said the same as the management . See you all next year.

The only solution to push up the price is by increasing the volume. If all the existing shareholders can pick up 500 more share it will surely go up. Let's hope for best.

I believe you but for years mkland is sleeping. Bilis investors like me who got stuck buying at RM0. 29 still trying to come out but in vain. Bilis investors like me cannot buy more because no bullets. Only big wise investors like nemesis should buy more to help push the price. Thanks

I just read the post of 914601117 and you post starts from 13 MEI 2018 tetapi tiada sebarang perkembangan atau kenaikan Harga saham mkland.
Kini tahun 2024 tetapi nemesis hanya percaya ada perancangan untuk memajukan green properties seperti mana yg Di umumkan secara tidak rasmi!! Kenape mkland tidak buat pengumuman ini secara rasmi.? Nampak banyak cerita cerita yg positif ttg mkland tetapi tiada sebarang perkembangan yg jelas dan nyata. Yg menakutkan saya ialah Tuan Nemesis sendiri macam kurang takin kerana....... Dalam suasana hari raya aidilfitri yang penuh gembira ini biar lah kita amalkan konsep bermaaf maafan. A Q was asked if you have access to the management but you never answered. Also you want us to hold shares for 6 to 10 years 😩 i honestly think you good a problem upstairs. Be reasonable in your post and as advised earlier please dont go overboard. Take a good rest and ponder your reiterate BUY BUY BUY calls! Is IT for real or to trap people.

Surely something is very very fishy. Nemesis weeks ago told in this forum that the target is 0.18 but asking people to buy at 0.21 sadly it is still on the downside. So dear investors becareful of EVERYONE who actively promote this counter. It is a good counter BUT you have to wait very patiently. If you have excess money then buy and keep it. Otherwise forget about this counter for the time being. People who actively promote this counter could be management linked or have vested interest. So just be careful. You decide and don't let people trap you. Cheers guys.

No need to get angry when people say it is only you who give buy calls. Remember reiterate buy buy!!!!. Anyway please cool down and reply the Q asked..... If you are mkland's cyber trooper or planted by the management. If no just reply no or yes please admit it so shareholders can either cut loss or stop buying. If no continue with your buy calls giving more concrete information on mkland's future projects. When people like you continually give buy calls they are influenced by it and the buy and if it keeps dropping they have the right to be angry NOT YOU.

Gais do you all remember the phrase reiterate BUY BUY 0.50 coming. Now the target set is 0.18 these people sell when high then make people panic by saying target 0.18…….something is fishy. So gais try to hold on to your dear shares if CANNOT then sell to people who wants to buy at 0.18

Looking at share of mkland is surely a tortoise and NOT a hare 😭. Maybe the management should consider changing the mkland so it becomes robust. No offence meant to anyone just tired of mkland's share moment.

Nobody is spreading rumours. The person who told me that it is planted with padi and palm oil stays nearby. He has no reason to lie. Not like people who says that the price will be 0.38 then downgrades to 0.30. Now it is 0.22. Nemesis you should go there personally and confirm what is planted there rather than say CEO says that and this. You have to be more professional just like trader5. He gives us a very good write up. No hearsay things ya. I also appreciate your info but as i advised your earlier don't be over zealous in setting your target. By the way don't get up upset just go and check it out yourself for the good of all investors.

My friend who told is a layman and all he can confirm is that padi is cultivated on a large scale in Lembah Beriah because he stays nearby the area. That is reason why I wanted the gurus who suggested to buy buy to tell us the truth. Frankly i don't know any info on mkland but bought because gurus were promoting saying it will go to RM0. 38 then subsequently RM0. 30. After seeing RM0. 21.5 i just want the plain truth and nothing else but the truth. This will help me make a decision to cut loss or buy more. Just for info i am also a layman with no knowledge on mkland. Tq your sir.

If mkland cannot secure any solar projects what happens. Investors are screwed. Maybe it is best to cut loss now before further we face more losses 😭
I got to know from a friend padi is being cultivated in Lembah Beriah at the moment. To all the gurus promoting mkland please tell us the truth.

We have to continue to hold the fort. Let us wait for the AGM and see what the management has to say first. Meanwhile if have extra cash can buy just a bit so as not to get struck with your cash. As i have said before to reach RM0. 30 it will take some time. Also please beware of MOU'S as they are not binding
hence we wait until things are clearer. Let's hope for better days ahead.

Agreed with your comments. We cannot make assumptions and make people buy. Whoever gives the info.... We appreciate but you have to ensure that the info is correct otherwise wait until you confirm before saying anything. It is safer for you nemesis and also safer for investors.

Thank you nemesis for your honesty in saying that you do not know it will shoot to RM0. 30. The point i am trying to say is don't set target prices if we are not sure. However please continue to positive maneuvers or projects of mkland so investors can decide to buy or not. Looks like only you are one who seems to know things about the company and we appreciate it. For everyone's info i read nemesis's info in this forum very enthusiastically and i was moved to buy mkland @ RM0. 265 though at a loss now but i know I have to be patient at least by middle or end of 2025 to see prices move steadily upwards. Hopefully i don't have to wait that long. Thanks

Yes it is a low target for years to come because in maybe 3 years could be above RM1. The Q i asked when is target for RM0. 30 to be achieved? Thanks and hopefully nemesis can let us know soon. If for short term then people will buy. However looking at the volume, monsoons, world situations and the impending year end holidays i believe all this will happen in the 2024. Frankly i feel sad for people who have bought at the higher bracket like RM0. 28/0.29. Meaning when we encourage people to invest we must not over confident whereby innocent people will be trapped. Having said all these i believe mkland is a good company to invest but we must have patience. So my reminder is just don't jump in just because somebody says first target us 0.38 then downgrades to 0.30. Buy if have extra bullets only and you have to wait patiently to achieve your personal targets. Let us pray and hope the impending AGM in early December brings in volume and better price movements next year. Thanks

Agreed with nemesis but don't jump in now itself to buy unless you have plenty of extra bullets. As it will take time for mkland shares to go up to RM0. 30 so just wait until the AGM in December then decide. Till then relax and enjoy the wet weather. Cheers.

Nickyeo55 in my opinion it not a good sign at all. It actually shows mkland is not drawing any interest and this could be due to the overall scenario of BSKL or other reasons which I do not know. However i sincerely hope what has been said in this group by some regular sifus regarding the future of mkland is True. Hopefully.!!

There is still a possibility of the price falling hence it is better to be patient and wait for it to drop move.

Nemesis no need to get angry. All this while i was reading your post so enthusiastically think how you can be accessible to such good news. Either you must be doing good research for the benefit of other investors. Or maybe you have good links with the management which is important.
However please do be too over confident with your target setting. We all know this is a long term or hopefully a medium term stock. Continue feeding this forum with good information but don't be over zealous in your target setting and trapping innocent investors.
