Thank you nemesis for your honesty in saying that you do not know it will shoot to RM0. 30. The point i am trying to say is don't set target prices if we are not sure. However please continue to positive maneuvers or projects of mkland so investors can decide to buy or not. Looks like only you are one who seems to know things about the company and we appreciate it. For everyone's info i read nemesis's info in this forum very enthusiastically and i was moved to buy mkland @ RM0. 265 though at a loss now but i know I have to be patient at least by middle or end of 2025 to see prices move steadily upwards. Hopefully i don't have to wait that long. Thanks

Yes it is a low target for years to come because in maybe 3 years could be above RM1. The Q i asked when is target for RM0. 30 to be achieved? Thanks and hopefully nemesis can let us know soon. If for short term then people will buy. However looking at the volume, monsoons, world situations and the impending year end holidays i believe all this will happen in the 2024. Frankly i feel sad for people who have bought at the higher bracket like RM0. 28/0.29. Meaning when we encourage people to invest we must not over confident whereby innocent people will be trapped. Having said all these i believe mkland is a good company to invest but we must have patience. So my reminder is just don't jump in just because somebody says first target us 0.38 then downgrades to 0.30. Buy if have extra bullets only and you have to wait patiently to achieve your personal targets. Let us pray and hope the impending AGM in early December brings in volume and better price movements next year. Thanks

Agreed with nemesis but don't jump in now itself to buy unless you have plenty of extra bullets. As it will take time for mkland shares to go up to RM0. 30 so just wait until the AGM in December then decide. Till then relax and enjoy the wet weather. Cheers.

Nickyeo55 in my opinion it not a good sign at all. It actually shows mkland is not drawing any interest and this could be due to the overall scenario of BSKL or other reasons which I do not know. However i sincerely hope what has been said in this group by some regular sifus regarding the future of mkland is True. Hopefully.!!

There is still a possibility of the price falling hence it is better to be patient and wait for it to drop move.

Nemesis no need to get angry. All this while i was reading your post so enthusiastically think how you can be accessible to such good news. Either you must be doing good research for the benefit of other investors. Or maybe you have good links with the management which is important.
However please do be too over confident with your target setting. We all know this is a long term or hopefully a medium term stock. Continue feeding this forum with good information but don't be over zealous in your target setting and trapping innocent investors. Nemesis you posted comments so confidently saying that the price will be 0.38 this week. Please stop giving false hopes to poor investors like us. Maybe you are really a coffee shop economist.

Where is all the people who were asking us to buy buy and saying a dividend of 47cents will be given BUT we got 29cents. I sent a email to CHINTEK asking is true that they plan to unlock land value near SENDAYAN. Already 6 days but no reply. Only now i realize that these crooks wanted to throw their shares bought cheaply and disposed to us at a high price. Karma will hit these crooks very very hard. No worries as we have God to protect us. Cheers.

Frankly i am nearly to give up on Jtiasa. However i don't want to take any more losses. Inspire of declaring a fairly good dividend the share price is stagnant. Should have concentrated on other shares. Mistake buying Jtiasa. Sorry if it is a negative post but it makes me sad looking at Jtiasa. Cheers.

I have just started buying TSH but very little. However i wish that people here post information for the good of the good of genuine investors only. Please don't over post information about TSH and at the same i pray and hope that people don't run down other people just for the sake of personal issues. I also hope that people will not over post either be it positive or negative. Let us remove negativity on TSH and turn it positively for the good of genuine investors. Let the buy call or sell call be based on the investor himself using good information posted by gurus and mahagurus in this forum. Many of our fellow investors could be struck in the higher band and feeling worried. Let us use positive information to help investors in general. Cheers

As for those people who like to attack people when they lose money and praise the same sifu when they make money should revisit this unhealthy trend. For everyone's kind info i bought WONG 300K @ RM0.80......and making a huge loss BUT i don't blame people because it is my own doing. I have decided to wait the whole of 2022 ie until it goes up. So Mr. OTB don't be disheartened just because of a few people BUT continue to keep your spirits high for the benefit of good people. Cheers!

Let's talk about WONG ENGINEERING only. Let's not blame anybody for our loses. We are very sad that WONG fell to low of RM0.72. However we should continue to be confident and buy low to average the price. I do not know about OTB at all because i am a very small investor but i have heard that he gives good recommendations after doing deep research. The stocks like WONG came falling for unknown reasons. I am sure Wong will climb back to it's original value. So let's hold head's high and continue to support Wong. We will be winners all the way. Olddman....... it was not a VERY GOOD result coz only 1/2 million more. Look at way it drops today coz the number of shares disposed is huge.
