I tried to post my part 2 ....on how to detect fake account......but the files is too big ....unable to get through......anybody can help ?

The following indicators could assist to detect "fake account":


I) month end bank statement to check :

- to detect any abnormal cash movement and ascertain the cash on hand position on that particular date.

any misleading in this area is considered criminal case and the partner of the auditing firm will be suspended if found in assist the account fabrication.


II) The symptom of false sales invoice


- The growth in trade debtors are always faster than the growth in revenue (fake debtor account).

III) Falsifying Inventory value (RNV ultimately higher than selling price)

- Growth in inventory value is always positive and no reduction

- channel operating loss to inflate inventory value


iv) Gross margin and its trends - check to see the industry GM and appropriate product costing and key cost drivers to see the COGS


v) Fix asset value - over price in Capex - take out $ via capital investment


CSL is very healthy in the above KPI from 2009-2013 (2013 6 months)

If you could understand the behavioural of controlling shareholder and its previous records.......it worth a million ringgit ..........let's examine one by one:

I) who are that new shareholders???? or merely an act of wayang kulit of distribution from left to right pockets? Until now......no formal announcement .....


ii) Why the company triggered the buy back program....at higher price when the controlling shareholders disposed at lower price?


iii) The saga of mutual share disposal pelikan- CSL real ????

i) the quantum of contra account the non contra account..

ii) external factors.. in USA trend is up or down ...(i think is getting stable)

iii) Overall volume has trended down in this week if compared to last week.....(good sign)...

In my opinion.....nearly non of us think and act like warren buffer !

i) Most of us could understand the finnacial figure ....and able to recognise the trend in all key financial ratio !

ii) to follow i as a cretiria in equity investing religiously.....the numbers will be scale down substamntially....as when yr heart rule over yr head !

iii) to know the business inside out in yr equity selection or the so call "core competency" made most of us can't match WB. finanacial figures could be created! The knowledge and network in that business or industry will equip you with skill to ascertain that "figures"...


iv) The management behaviour and previous records are equally crucial...............if you understand this worth of million statement.....hor ser lioa !!!!

khng482......in share market.......you got to have your own stand ! if you believe the financial figures in csl which is part of important element in equity valuation as i do......that's find !

There is another element governed that herb mentality.....emotional, perception, momuntum,investing etc......that makes equity investment are not a straightforward science ! otherwise.......datuk won't be able to accumulate my wealth up to current level which i have dare not to dream 20 years ago !!!!

Never ask why .....when comes to the behaviroal finance......you got to form yr fanatic view.....be bold to be a contrarian provided you are not a contra players !!!
