rule 4 in equity trading.....never believe when on the surface appears to be "too good" but the controlling shareholder just do nothing ......as the old saying goes " fei shui pu liew ta ren tian (mandarin)" !!!

rules 3 in equity trading.......never attempt to be smarted than the controlling shareholder......avoid that stock if the emotion of comfort unable to sustain after thoughtful analysis !

rule 2 in trading ......never consider equity investment as alternative to FD..........one is capital not guarantee as well as the return.......the other one is guarantee up to RM 250K (PIDM) as well as the return.......

rule no 1 in trading....when a stock appreared in the top 20 stocks in the past 3 months and trended down..........don't touch ! becos......we are not fair to ourselves when we ignore the masses behaviour altogether ! we can't think the masses are that stupid.....reserve a room for our wrong judgement !

The number one priority for management of CSL to do is :

when the P.E. ratio is 1.15 (provided it's real), buy back its share at the current price ranges and can cancel all treasury share soon after that....

The logic is simple.....that will guarantee the return to equity 9 times higher than doing stationery business.......

when the management does not trigger that move....coupled with outsider in the same trade show no interest in CSL.....it implies.....

still got a lot but with paper gain........managed to let go 21% niah.......

after escaped the HBglobal saga.....and with the latest development in CSL......really need luck again (2nd times) to escape safely.........vow not touch china stock in future if i managed..........
