After the recent visit to China, i have to change my view on chinese stock listed in Bursa for the following reasons:

1) Total production costs are increased substantially in china and expected to reduce the operating margin.

2) The glut in the property market particularly in the fisrt tier cities is expected to drag down the price for another 15%.

3) The model of world factory will be no longer an engine of growth.

4) The full effect will be taken place in second half of 2013. Hard landing in economy is no longer a question among the policy makers.

Conclusion: Avoid chinese link companies.
