Where got sis option with 0.10 ? Only restricted share is fixed at 0.10 lar. The rest right issue call or SIS for employees are all entitled to refer previous 5 day market price lar, maybe discount a bit like 10% only.

If u check its announcement, then u should know it is good for company to have a healthy financial structure. don't just buy have to study what company doing
