It is just a accounting trick similar as last time KSL suddenly showed a negative loss quarter result to flush out some ppl. Then after that within 3 month just coming back with good result and good share price performance up almost double. Its revenue still showing increasing is the proven that its bussiness still performing better, it is just only accounting matter to purposely to defer its profit and low down share price. Tp still be 1.40 !

（吉隆坡12日讯）消息透露，因为存有利益冲突，怡保花园（IGB，1597，主板产业股）把独立顾问丰隆投资银行撤换。
上周，怡保花园宣布将委任新的独立顾问取代丰隆投行，以评估金诗投资（GOLDIS，5606，主板消费产品股）提出的全购献议。
当时，怡保花园并没有透露，将丰隆投行撤换，另委任新独立顾问的原因。
《星报》引述银行界消息人士，丰隆投行退出独立顾问不是大问题。会有利益冲突是因为丰隆投行已为怡保花园旗下子公司处理了商业贷款。
另外一名消息人士则透露，证券监督委员会也不同意丰隆投行的独立声明。因为已与怡保花园有交易，就不能成为独立顾问。
金诗投资的独立顾问是肯纳格投行。
上月，金诗投资向怡保花园提出以每股2.88令吉，全面献购，但有意维持后者上市地位。
