Aiyah go up 2day. 2moro no follow up. Then drop again. How much more can dis share go? Another 1 sen then zzzzzz as usual. Do u think it can go up to RM2?

Look at systech n some other penny stocks recovery. NG is pathetic. Ok dis is my last posting. I hv got nothing good to say so i think i better check out.

If u all noticed the counter is systematically sold down the last 2 weeks or so. I noticed dat bcos i started accumulating since then. At the rate it is going i will cut lost. All the best guys n hv a good day.

In an open forum we hv 2 b careful how we express ourselves. For eg, some shareholders may not be experienced enuf will panic n sell their share when they read all the negative comments. Indirectly, we may also b contributing 2 the fall of a share price. Pls dun take this comment as a criticism.

The mrkt as a whole is dropping bcos of the petroleum prices but i t based co shud not fall as it will b an indirect beneficiary of a weak mrkt. I T products r productivity tools. Now consider ur smartphone, do u stop using it n its applications bcos the price of petrol has dropped. Here i m merely stating the obvious.

I remember when the price of petrol was going up a few years ago, there were a lot of worries abt how the world was going to cope with high oil prices. If u look back it was not so bad. The stock market turned pale for a while n then adjusted n moved upwards.

As for NG , my view is dat it is a normal collection phase which with the selling of tpy didn't help the price n confidence in the company. Of course, with the quarterly result coming out, n if the selling continues, i also will b very worried. I will only make a rational decision to buy or sell. Getting angry will not help my health n wealth. Fellow investors, ur health is ur wealth. My 2 sen worth.

Princess, i fully agree with u. Petroleum price drop has nothing 2 do with tech stocks, unless the tech stocks hv a lot of O n G customers.

Pls confirm with ur remisier. That's d reason why u pay a fee whenever u buy or sell ur shares. In forums like this, u may sometimes get a wrong info bcos we r not professionals. N dat is why i always request 2 b corrected.

Jenny, u r correct. But if a major s/holder & or key personnel of the co sells, then i believe it has 2 b declared; do correct me if i m wrong. U may like 2 confirm with ur remisier.

However, small timers like us don't hv 2 declare.

If u hv read the results in Protasco's egms u will realise that Chong has got very loyal shareholders supporting him. Doesn't make sense 4 anybody 2 want 2 go in n try 2 control the co. TPY n co can do very much better in NG.

If a co wants 2 develop a pc of land, u don't need 2 buy a listed construction co 2 do it. Juz go n do a jv with a reputable devt co n go on a profit sharing or unit sharing basis.

NG's financial report shud b out by dis month end latest, if i m not wrong. If the major shareholder/s continues selling, then i will b very worried; never mind what they intend to do with the money.

Theorectically, i t related shares at dis point shud not b underperforming bcos it is a productivity tool. Look at the nesdaq, compare it with the Dow J, n u realise that it always outperform the Dow when the mrkt is going up.

I noticed that there wud always b an annce of sales of shares by d key shareholder/s when the day's vol exceeds 30m for the last one to two week. Pls correct me if i m wrong. I hate 2 b a wet blanket here, but unless the major s/holders stop selling their shares there will hardly b a chance the counter can move up. My 2 sen worth.

The only way this counter may hv a higher price is when the major shareholder/s stop their selling n concentrate their effort at NG. In my opinion Protasco is a very tightly held counter n hv a strong shareholders following. The key shareholder shud juz dispense with their pride n spend more time at NG. My 2 sen worth.

There must always b a basis for a guarantee to b good. For eg, u buy a property with guaranteed returns, but what if the property is not completed? I hv come across such projects.

N dis principle can b applied anywhere. What's the basis for a profit guarantee. In some instances such guarantee is backed by a financial guarantee fr a bank. So i hope i hv been able 2 help u a little Jenny.

As long as major shareholder is selling i doubt very much NG's price can go up.

If it is a margin call it will most probably b mentioned in the bursa as, for eg ABC Nominee n not the name of the shareholder. Can someone correct me if i m wrong.

NG shud b strong despite drop in oil price. It is not in anyway involved with the O n G biz.

This counter has abt 1.9b shares outstanding; the market index has dropped abt 38 pts n i will not b surprise if it drops 50pts. The next 3 days will b margin calls session. Prices will drop further. This drop in price in any counter is normal. If u can't take it, sell; if u can afford it, buy. So what's the big deal.

The key shareholders of NG is considering the takeover of Protasco thru a management control stake. The news is in the edgemarket. But TPY n co will need some more money to buy shares in Protasco. It will b interesting 2 know where they r going 2 raise the money.

At least the losses of the company has been reduced by more than half.

I agree with u 86868 n i believe NG shud put a formal explanation in this forum. After all we r investors on NG. En Taufik shud explain all allegations made against NG, especially the financials. As 4 Protasco, frankly, i dun really care.

Fellow shareholders of NG, u can b assured that dis person who made the wild allegations will not b able to substantiate the RM90m issue. The person will only give excuses but will not address the real issue. Frankly, i will b very surprised if the person will b able to do so. I believe all of us in a forum like this one shud b careful. If a person makes an accusation, the person shud b able to substantiate it. Otherwise dun bother to engage them. Up to now i dun c any facts backing the RM90m issue.

U r correct Halimstk, hence whoever dares to make defamatory n unfounded accusations shud b ready to defend it in a court of law. I believe there shud b fair comments based on facts. So there is a claim that there is RM90m hole in NG's accounts shud state very clearly where it can b found. I believe whatever comments made in a public forum shud b fair not only to the management but also to all existing shareholders like most participants here. As a shareholder, i dun want my investment to drop due to unfounded allegations.

At last a very interesting draft letter to TPY. Good points raised especially the RM90m question. These comments r more constructive. I hv not been able to take a look at NG's accounts but it will b good if the point b stated clearly under which part of liabilities; sometimes it may not b clear.

U r correct Steve. Some people juz want to create a negative perception of NG via their directors. As i c it TPY has done well for NG in d case of the purchase of d 11 storeys building in Bangsar South. Frankly i dun care what he does outside of NG. Now part of d drop in price recently was due to TPY selling his shares, mayb to buy Protasco's shares.

What NG needs is an Investor's relations department which can also come out to give the correct picture of its company. I hope NGs employees r reading my recommendation.

U r correct Marina; this is juz a forum for us to share our views/info. Some mayb helpful n some r not. As i noticed d share price has dropped to 8 sen 2day n people will tend 2 believe d negatives as it was being repeated over n over again. Dun underestimate a forum like this.

So if u believe so much in dis counter then do a bit of research n check if d accounts of NG has been correctly n accurately presented. Then share in dis forum. I personally will appreciate ur efforts.

Let me share a personal experience. There was a penny counter who was suppose 2 hv a joint press conference at a hotel 2 announce a jv. This foreign company is a well known company. I took d trouble to check with d hotel n discovered dat the press room where the pc was 2 b held did not exist n d floor where d pc was 2 b held was a parking area! I alerted my friends n sold d shares. Yes, Marina, dun believe everything u read. Pls check also.

I m a NG shareholder. Like it or not , wishing ur share will go up will not help; go n start buying some more. Seriously, why isn't TPY out here giving the assurance to his loyal shareholders despite all the nonsence some people had been spewing, one might even say it is defamatory or pure abuse. I hope TPY will do something abt this person's not so complimentary remarks.

We must separate the personal fr the company. Point is TPY 's problem in Protasco has got nothing 2 do with NG except that he had 2 raise money by selling his shares in NG to pick up shares in Protasco.

We shud concern ourselves with NG's financial performance n operational perfce. The share price will come back in a matter of time.

Hi guys, i hv read all ur comments n it is obvious that some do hv their personal agenda.
I reckon d directors of NG r quite smart. For eg, they got the 11 storey building in Bangsar South for only RM 6.5m in cash plus some fees for the shares n warrants issued. The Saudi investors may hv sold their shares but i reckon it is still a plus for NG's assets.
Now, d question is, where does the price go fr here? Perhaps someone can enlightened?
