If the right issue is to acquire new assets and the new assets can enhance the company earning, then what wrong with right issue? If you do not subscribe the right issue shares then of course younwill loose out! Just see last right issue made in sumatec! I think DH earn from it!

Short term investor may consider selling after PN17, mid term investor may consider selling in next year and long term investor will keep holding and will take profit when the overall profit cannot maintain in the future, that would be at least more than one year, Contra players will consider day to day changes! (That is my two cents opinion

If you are contra player, yes drop in 1 or 2 cents is a lot but if you are investor, that is nothing! We as investors will consider whether the overall performance still intact? Whether the management will keep their promise and keep deliver? Will consider what is the impact of the new acquisition to the company, and in short what will the share price would be if the above all show positive! We will only consider selling if they did not perform or the profit we anticipate is not achievable!

As of now we are looking at the uplift of PN17, we are looking at what is the activity for post PN17! As of now the fluctuation will have no impact on us!! So please before you say game over, go and do your own study, i really cannot accept ppl that simply give adivse with no sense of responsibility!

1) Do we have confident in the existing management team? Answer is yes!
2) Have they deliver what they have promised in the regularisation plan? Yes
3) At the brink of the uplift of PN17 status and to win market confidence, they need to come out with all the positive results! So far the news release are all positive one! I dont think if this is not a good buy they will make such announcement of the acquisition! Therefore i would think this is a good buy!
