I think this private placement is pre arrange and the investor is willing to take up this offer only when suma can prove to produce oil! As such I view this placement is a positive sign! I also of the opinion that the price will be moving up because of the placement as the potential buyer sure will not get the existing price as they should pay with a premium after all suma had prove to produce oil! I am quite positive with the announcement and regarding to the price movement we may need to get the indication from captain and strategist!

I believe in strategist as if they really start drilling this month do you think you still can get the share with the price of 0.295? So the point is if you believe sumatec is progress in accordance with the plan ie start drilling so I believe the price will shoot and up to what price is something we need to think of!!!

why is this stock suddenly keep moving up?

It is just the beginning as the announcement of the ex petronas strong man to join the team, announcement of actual grilling, so the price will shoot up more and more!!!

I am still waiting for the new management team to come in! Hopefully as per the market expectation the ex-petronas strong man will come in and boost the confident of the investors and price will shoot up!!

i saw the TH heavy the PE ratio at the existing price is 66.9 times! Let hope also Sumatec will get this! Then the price will be far above and also let hope they will get further project then the price of RM1.5 is achievable!

Anyway i really hope it can be RM1.50 as it will bring many of us good profit!

Hi, just some doubt and need to seek adivse,

let say 2014 projected profit is around 86m which is the same as 2013 and the total shares is 3,085m shares and as such the EPS is RM0.02788 and with the PE of 20 times we would see the price of the company will only be RM0.56 so what make Puan Noraini so confidence of 2014 so confidence the target price would be RM1.50! The PE ratio would be 53 times! That is something i am confused!
