Oil now at USD43+..if they start hedging at this price for next year...profit sure up by 10%...

I just notice this company has made a lot of losses every quarter..what is the catalyst for the price to go up?

If OPEC not going to cut production...it going to stay low for very long period..now china storage almost full, shale oil came back online..demand growing slow with new alternative energy, iran wanna capture back market share..i bet it is going to stay low for some period of time

C38 still haven't move much yet...very cheap price maturity date April 2017, still have plenty of time, AA is expected to perform until end of 2017 as long as oil is the range of USD40..i strongly believe C38 will be more than .35 by end of this year.

If Oil remain USD40+ next year..sure AAX will make a lot of profit..don't know if they hedge the fuel for the coming year already or not.

you can't have both oil and currency..RM is correlated to the oil price..unless 1mdb issue resolved but seems like 1mdb will keep on haunting malaysia market..don't really see the way out.

Nope..they only hedge around 70% of their oil upto last quarter only where AAX they have hedged USD54 for all year..meaning next year oil remain USD40+ their cost will be much lower.
