Has oil surfaced. Last news was no hydrocarbon

My guess is that the investor confidence for this counter has drop due to few reason that is this is a smaller company compare to giant oil company, this company have yet made production during that time, crude oil are extremely weak. For junior oil and gas to start at this point will have very low confident from the investor.

Oil and gas company is value by their potential barrel off crude they own... so if their stake is 25% of 100mil barrel estimated, their value is 100mil × 25% × crude price.

Sorry to offend you but spac is special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC). They can have business in any industry ... not compulsory to be oil and gas

More like junior O&G not doing well now... SPAC itself have nothing to do with oil and gas. Its not old stories ... just they increase interest on the existing project doesnt make the story old.

i wonder what is the benefit of discouraging people from buying this counter. If it is sleeping then let it sleep. If it is dropping ... why bother if u have no part of it. Investment are always accompany with risk, when you buy this counter you should aware that it has earn or yet and may have some potential or not. Not all people targeted short term benefit ... you can look longer terms although their probability of finding source just 25%. It is just some risk people choose to risk it.
