This is a positive development for benalec and I believe it is also the reason why the share price had been capped at that level for sometime. It is time to move and I see the share price will increase gradually. When is time they unlock the land value, the share price already pass RM2 :P You can obviously wait.

I am not following but I guess my sifu is. He called me to look at this stock. According to him is Sept but I don't know if is early or late sept. There's also speculation of privatization.

Let's see the Q2 result soon ok. I believe this Q2 should have dividend.

guess what I got a call from my sifu that this is a buy. He said verdict for E&O minority shareholder suit is in Sept and it is very likely they will win. Infact many already knew this and therefore the rally seen in past few weeks. Not sure how true is this.

to me this is a syndicate play...unless someone tells me why would SC overturn the statement twice.
