Non stop share buy bac for the past 2 years.....share price undervalued for the long time.....if u were the major shareholder,what will u do??

This counter price has been depressed former than a year.....keep issuing new shares n rights for past 2 years but dttb still not rolled out yet......Ricky Wong even told that need to wait for 2 yrs b4 dttb will bear fruits....looks like gonna be patient....

Friday price going bac up.....looks like finish of correction n charging bac up.....major shareholder bought recently at low,below 1.10.......still no news yet to justify the major surge of more than 50% in share price in the past 1mth........coming qe will be good???

36 million project that was awarded to pa in Jan 2014 is subcon to major shareholder's company by 18 millions,gimpai jaya.....that means 18 million gross profit to pa???renewable energy business looks like damn lucrative....

Director is optimistic of future prospect......strong order fr existing customer.....flying tml

Time for him to settle his wealth for his descendent.....he is alrdy 80......

This is what i feel for the run up of share price in the past 2 to 3 mths/weeks...something brewing...

To me,hexza is an asset play,retailers can onli make money fr hexza fr corporate activities like privatisation,merger n acquisition....

The foong brothers together hold nearly 33% of the outstanding share of the company,the md,foong weng sum is 75 yrs old n his brother foong weng cheong is 80 yrs old....there is no other family members in the board of director.....hexza has been making profits for many yrs,thought big drop in eps for the past 2 financial yrs,net cash in the company is more than 70 millions,nta is 1.07......

If u were the foong brothers,what will u do now at 75 or 80 yrs old with hexza???passover to the children,which should have started some yrs bac n where we should c some foong junior in the board of director...or sell it off to a 3rd party who is capable to grow the company where we should c them buying the share in the open market to reach the level for mandatory offer to take over the company(the foong bro bought about 1 million share in the open marker fr july to sept)

If u were the punters,would u target hexza???cash rich company with some good assets,stable business albeit poor margin traded at about 25% discount to nta.....buy out,then sell them in piecemeal.....

Maybe can get some clues in the coming agm on 23rd this mth.....

so, y the run up from 0.6 to o.8 in a mth time last mth???is this the prelude of corporate activity???
