For any sane investors would want justice. Let's say u have a traitor in ur company who leaked out some confidential info which can cause ur company's share price to plummet.....Do u not want to find out who's the traitor/informant? This snitch/informant was the one feeding the important info to TheEdge. Securities Commission of Malaysia will have to investigate this.

Can u still deny tht vivocom is without suspicious drama unfolding one after another? I doubt very heavily on this company especially the management team and Board of Directors.

ktsk88 and MyView are both long-timer cheerleaders......you all need to check back these two ID always eating back their own words. WHen they got stucked in this stock because they bought at higher prices, they will always say it's best to hold long-term but in fact recently after they got out of being stuck, they quickly say it's best to sell and wait for right time.

For a proper contraction company, vivocom is in the limelight for the wrong reasons. Too many drama and guessing games. Dr Yeoh's resignation was leaked out by TheEdge and why is the company not suing TheEdge? Perhaps they teamed up and timed the releases? This is very questionable. Remember that they are the master of timing news be it good or bad just to shore up share price.

Issuing bonus shares is their other tactic to shore up the share price. This is the cheapest and easiest way to sustain the share price and at the same time ensure shareholders keep invested and invest more into it. This requires no money involved to feed the shareholders and many ppl think this is good idea but it's not. When u have too many shares and no matter how much millions of projects coming in....Dilution of EPS will happen. Most ppl overlooked this on many occasions.

So in order to ensure retailer shareholders keep invested into the company, they keep bombarding the newspapers with sky high hard-to-believe seems too good to be true stories of non-stop contracts won. But to date, nothing has ever done fro mthe won contracts and they will definitely incur extra costs and delay time for running so many multiple projects.

Another reason is they always run out of cash......that's why they keep raising funds through the easiest Private Placements. This will have dilution effects on shareholders' values.

Why u should not buy into vivocom? Many sifu in i3 have said so in the past. Simply their business model is based on hit and run. No full commitments at all at each project they assigned to.
