If more bonus issues to be announced in future then it's gonna be quite bad for shareholders. This is the cheapest way to reward shareholders with no money involved. Cheat shareholders first with all wonderful stories in order to shore up its share price. Even something gone bad in the company, must not tell or announce. Dr Yeoh wanna retire? Persuade him not to retire first. What's more can BOD and management team do to shore up the company's share price? Let's brainstorming. So how? Our company's earnings are not sustainable because we do not have recurring incomes enough to reward shareholders so... taddda!! our brilliant idea is reward them with bonus issues for free!!!
