Vivocom BOD knew that if they use other ways of raising funds and it will cause its price to collapse further and faster such as rights issues and bank borrowings will be too time-consuming. If u are part of the group of investors in vivocom, u should not be happy if there are more PP because only that PP holder will benefit instantly.

Vivocom just transformed itself into a construction contractor rather recently with no track records at all as admitted by managing director Mr Choo. Business potentials...looks good on the surface but seems too good to be true so pls scrutinize into their project executions, completion and deliverance perspective instead.

They have experience in telco towers construction and management but not buildings and infrastructure construction so no one knows whether they can succeed all the projects on hand within specifications, compliance and time frames. Managing so many multiple projects on hand is truly not simple and many unforeseen problems can arise. That's why I'm skeptical on their execution and deliverance parts.
