Insiders knew they are likely to fail pre-bidding HSR that's why scrambling for any projects that they can get even small ones. Dr Yeoh knew he couldn't managed to get a hold on the pre-bidding win with putrajaya politicians therefore he chose to step down as CEO and taking a back seat to be a advisory role only. He cares his reputation most so he down't want to be the CEO that fails to bid for HSR. Everything in m'sia is done that way especially govt contracts.

vivocom will get Bandar M'sia only but not HSR or that railway contracts. That's why they took the trouble to get small civil projects as announced recently.

Anne Kung built that telco tower divisions long time ago but she resigned as CEO and RETIRED. The telco tower business will be mediocre and its recurring incomes have been eroded because of higher costs of upkeeping the towers and maintenance costs are escalating throughout months by months.
