Yesterday price actions was a twist of events reversing all the hopes for a rebound and if u are not aware or don't know how to read the markets and queues, many retailers have exhausted their capitals to buy into vivocom thinking it would rebound and make some quick gains but I told everyone it will not be the case. So there u go....ppl will sell it quick on T3 and T3 next tuesday and wednesday some may be earlier.

vivocom has 2.5 billion shares issued currently. Upcoming private placements will dilute company's earnings and shareholders' values further making it more unattractive. Often Chinamen linked companies prefer faster ways of funds raising and this is not strengthening the company in the long term.

I strongly believe many peoples' queued buy order were filled at an instant yesterday late afternoon because they didn't expect it to be filled. These people cannot actually settle these bought contracts hence they will have to sell it out on contra basis. Next tuesday is their deadline and u will see heavy selldown.

I've proven correctly the down trending of vivocom share prices because it reflects its imminent risks of earnings sustainability, its ability for project deliverance on time, etc. It's not a contractor and having no experiences doing so therefore the risks of delaying is expected by those in the construction sectors. It takes years to buld up strong and efficient teams.

Can vivocom get more contracts in the years ahead? They got so many contacts wins this year, how about next year? That's why I always stressed on its ability to be sustainable...it might not be able to keep up. You can see many construction companies such as Mudajya, IJM, Gamuda are diversifying their earnings.

ktsk88, the lack of an innovative leader is one of their major setback. It will be the same for vivocom. Moreover, this is just a construction companies and doesn't produce any products but can only own assets. How to own more assets and increase its NTA? By earning more money and maintaining a healthy strong cashflow but its cashflow is always not enough hence the need for continuous fund raising by private placements. Just think of more PP is killing the ideas for investors to invest more into the company unless u are the PP investor itself.

How do vivocom earn more money from construction sector since it envisions itself to be a major contractor? To clinch more contracts, vivocom need a middleman and that's why Dr Yeoh falls into place. Now with his departure as CEO and as some ppl here say he's retiring so if he retires then it's even worse....byebye vivocom already.
