There is no deny that Vivocom is also a pump and dump stock. Ppl such as MyView will not realize vivocom is the same sad example until more reputable analysts and publications are made available to give him a hint. Try review back vivocom's share price back then in year 2007, the same happened. I'm not surprised if its current share price will go back to 0.075 where it was started.

Some ppl done it for obvious reason but still twist and turn with words to stay relevant. Telling ppl to buy, sell or hold is okay but at least get the facts and reasoning right and be truthful otherwise it's just same as a conman.

B4b4, Ms Anne Kung has resigned as the CEO of the telco division recently and if u are not well versed of vivocom's old long history, it was Anne Kung that built up the strong profitable telco division before they wanted to evolve itself into a construction company now. So there's no one more experienced and understand this co. telco business than her. Furthermore, MD Choo has explained tht telco's profitability is shrinking that was why they wanted to diversify it's core business into other areas especially constructions.

No doubt vivocom's share pricing is descending weeks after weeks and in fact it's sinking for 6 weeks straight from 0.350 to 0.230 you can't deny this. Perhaps there are other factors that u should re-think about on this company. Just as I stressed on from the beginning of the debate since last year, its rather merely sufficient cashflow for more subsequent projects hence the need for more funds raising through private placements (PP)and these PP will have direct effects on shareholders' interest values in the company.

Also to note that, its seems too good to be true stories of astronomical projects/jobs won through mainly its relationship with CRCC, this over reliance on such so-called strategic partnership often is risky if anything goes awry between the two parties if conflicts of interests and if disputes to arise.

From execution to deliverance of construction projects, there are no proven records yet since they started to become a contractor. This issue has been raised by many analysts as well not just me. So what's your take?

There are many m'sia listed construction companies looking to diversify their core earnings to be more sustainable (eg. wct) as they move forward to the future therefore it is worth to note that if vivocom envisions itself towards tht direction as well. After all, no companies could rake in contracts non stop moving forward the time and any sane shareholders would want to ensure their co. to perform satisfactorily q-o-q if not better.

Being conservative is not an option so think wisely before u put ur money down and not simply listen to any half baked make-believe hopeful stories or cheer-ons. Yes, I'm directing this at you Myview! Just out of my curiosity, what level of convictions do u have for this vivocom?

u can trade and make lots of money during the momentum building period upwards which is ended already. Not many smell a rat and hold cash waiting for it to crash until now.

I dare to put my name in line to bet with any of you that they will raise more funds through more private placements in multiples again in the subsequent months to come towards next year period. I don't have to elaborate to you all abt the disadvantages of this for shareholders, right?

This entity will try to create an opportunistic value entry point so the masses will take positions and this first stage is to stabilize vivocom's share price then they will deal with certain potential investors to make deals then strike the deals and set PP price and using available funds combined together with various channels to dictate price movements.

So pls try convince me why should I take more positions at current prices? It is a make believe by certain entities that this is deem to be a good rebound or stable entry price points.

If u dig deeper into this company, something is just not right. THey have lots of won contracts but with no proven construction track records (non-tele towers) or even completion records, news abt it keep winning just too good to be true! To fellow real investors, take this into ur consideration seriously because chinamen doing business is scarily different! u know what i know (those ever deal with them)

I've raised all the doubts abt vivocom in the very beginning first quarter of 2016 after the share price upsurge last year end and all my points raised were published in theedgemarkets publication titled "does-vivocom-have-trust-deficit".
