Deceptive reporting...it SEEMS that major holders are buying slowly, continuously, BUT in reality, they are disposing slyly...only 53 mil holding vs 73 mil three yrs ago.

Compared with just b4 corona, it's even worse...it was 57 mil...& 73 mil shrs in 2018...so they've secretly been selling down. Once again, dumb0 EPF is the biggest loser, increasing from 76 mil to 124 mil

Deceptive subst shder transactions...reporting as continued purchases, BUT if you compare with Dec 20, holdings actually DECLINED from nearly 55 mil to 53 mil now.

Too bad former #1 fan Jokekin already threw in the towel... if he patiently averaged down @ 7-8c & waited another 3 mths, kau tim already...

SEKONIC close at its limit high, and the TOB price of 3400 yen by the TCS Alliance has been adjusted.

After the closing of the transaction on the 12th of the previous weekend, TCS Alliance (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a wholly owned subsidiary of TCS Holdings, which is the second largest shareholder of the affiliated company, announced that it will carry out a takeover bid with the aim of acquiring all the shares of the company. The stock is close to the TOB price of 3400 yen.

TCS Holdings currently owns 21.91% of SEKONIC shares, both directly and indirectly, but aims to strengthen the governance of the TCS Group and build a seamless collaboration system with SEKONIC by making it private."



So what if we faithful holders have paper losses, right? They're temporary because we know what the co. is worth! Sekonic dropped to 720 yen in Mar 2020 & if I panicked, I would hv lost 40% of my precious capital! Now, I can't lose $$$ even if you pay me to lose! LOL!!!

I also swung this counter for the 1st time ever b4 the rights...in @ 27.5c...out @ 40c. But it was faster than someone can say 'Pelaburan Mara'....Will NEVER risk getting STUCK in this junk lol

Warn ppl for months but still got itchy gamblers who wanna punt...

Wow...wow...wow...unbelievable. 2day I found out that one of my Japanese stocks is under a takeover offer of ¥3,400 per shr compared with the price of ¥ 1,035 on Friday. Invested since Aug 2017 for ¥ 1,278 based on deep undervaluation with 4 dividends since then covering the buying commission.

This bolsters my faith that my paper losses in Supermax can quickly be erased & I won't have to wait 4 years + this time !

Downtrend likely to continue...need to regroup in the low 60s...
