On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axiata, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to notify that subsequent to the announcement on 24 November 2021, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”) has issued to Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“Digi Tel”) and Celcom a Statement of Issues (“SOI”) dated 1 April 2022 pursuant to the MCMC’s Guidelines on Mergers and Acquisitions (“Guidelines”).
