its ok lah, as long as oil price stay around 60 USD, its should be sustainable for oil industry. The 60USA if stable, sustainable, it is good for industrial revitalization and recovery, and it can stop Shale oil from making an immediate come back.

That is good enough for now....

Its expected that new Covid wave will slow down the recovery, but recovery is imminent. and there are many countries which are gearing up for more oil exploration and building more oil rigs, many countries are starting new O&G projects to prepare for Oil price boom in 6-12 months time due to full recovery as soon as COvid is fading, so all these are good for upstream like Sapura, which is why we are seeing more projects being announced...

Hi All, thansk for all sharing on prospect of this oil counter, i think, even without dividend, or so so upcoming QR, the Sapura share price won't crash....coz sentiment is there to hold up the share price...and the fact big fund still sitting on it...

I still keep faith on Sapura, Big fund bought huge positions in NOv20, can check online to verify.Negotiated a new refinancing plan with banks.. Banks are most detail in judging the payee capability.

Current share price is still much lower than PreCovid. So I still have faith on it to go slowly to 20+ sen.

Same stories, Right issues, private placements, Esos, share get diluted, then next share coonsolidation, newbies forget about consolidations and think share price shoot up, and then again share price dip more and more to new low with more right issues, and private placement, esos etc... and consolidation.

We are seeing these for so many penny stocks.

There are many these types of stocks in Bursa, mostly penny stocks, share dip, then consolidate, most people forget the current price are consolidated, thought it spikes up...but then after consolidate, it gone down, then RIght issues, or private placements, to create more shares, then consolidates...over and over again...

I have my gains from other counters, not this one. I am not crying lah bro, coz my overall unrealized portfolio still positive to win me easily a new X50...so i am ok. But I really learned a lesson here even though I heard few times from my freiends on similar experiences with share consolidate, RI, etc. I really learned a lesson here, I remind myself to stay aside.

It happened to a few of my fellow investors, they invested on some penny stocks, then bottom dip, then share consolidate, then RI, and bottom, few round of it...Its really hard earned money just gone into nothing.

There are many money worth companies, those with fundamental strong business, I seriously will consider to sell all my positions in VC if it dip further, and let the main share holders to play this with those who stubborn to trust them.

I was one of these stubborn investors, keep believing in VC...But I am quitting this counter, will leave this counter soon, anyway, i have minimal loss, as i didn't invest too big.

I think, I just want to share my thoughts and opinion and expeirence, becareful, it is our hard earned money...

We have witnessed here, VC share consolidate 4:1, from around 4+ sen to 18+ sen, and now dropping again to 13.5 sen, and yet issueing RI at 17 sen...under the reationale to repay the debt, bank loan etc.

There are quite some stocks behaving this way, meaning, share consolidate at bottom low, and drop again, and right issue, and consolidate....It happened for many counters especially penny stocks.

We gotta be really carefully, this is our hard earned money..And I see it as something really fishy.
Consolidations, then RI, and share keep dropping under no or brief news...

Doggies 18 sounds stingy, but he may be right...Looking at the VC share price, it may repeat what many penny stock trying to do: COnsolidate, and price drop to, consolidate, and drop, it happened for many penny stocks. I am slowly giving up hope, but I haven't much really, so even if it drop below 12 sen, and I decided to cut loss, i guess it does not affect my base, just that I learned a lesson , never get involved this kind of stock.

If the VC drop below 12 sen, i will send it off and leave this counter, because anything can happen after that, it may drop to further 5-6 sen, and call for share consolidate again...

Someone discussed this strategy before in other penny stock counters...we will be victim. I was hoping this not to hapen and had good faith on Madam, but seems the share on continue drop.

The night mare on continue drop pattern after share consolidation is happening here...And there is only one truth behind this. We can google and check why penny Stock choose to consolidate, and if share price drop, that really mean something bad happening.

Need some advices into this new shares under DRS.

Last year they factored in huge impairment loss, not sure if this impairment loss is routine on annual base, if not, the coming QR may be hopeful too...in any case, YoY comparison should be very positive due to last year huge loss.

Its heavy that even red QR may not now affect the huge drop of share price...likewise, not moving up too drastically even with green QR...

But I hope slowly it can be back on track, just like Valesto is doing....now 18 sen.

why QR should be red? I thought there were quite a number of project seized by Sapura, and they announced many new developments in wind, natural gas etc...It shold be better than before..isn't?

Time will tell if it will hit rm 3.8 or even lower...or going back to RM 6-7 or even higher..

@jt18, i got like quite some shares in VC bought before consolidation, am in 25 floor..will b patient still...will be only alerted if the current share price dip further...

The selling price for gloves were very high during COVID spikes, they have no choice but to accept, now their cases dropped 4-5 folds lower, they have option now...

Guys, what I know is O&G companies mostly are on-loan companies, that is how they roll out their businesses, and it's ok, provided they can roll over and survive with profits. So, stable oil price is important...That is why back in early 2020 during Covid wide spread, some O&G companies felt out and collapsed...

I remember I read something like above somewhere before when the Singapore O&G company collapsed last year...

And we were worried for Sapura before, sometimes end of last year on high debt issue...but now it seems to have resolved this and the operation and Sapura businesses continue with successful financing facility...so what is to be worried now?

I think big fund is in there still, invested in 2019, and recently end of 2020...can check in Malaysianstock biz. for the shareholder transaction history....


So I wouldn't worry too much for now on this counter. Instead, I am betting on it to go high in near future...I will be worried only if it starts to call for Share consolidation, or anything like it...or RI again...

Or if global oil price collapse...these may give pressures to this upstream O&G company...

Else, I am still expecting something from this oil giant.

IMHO, this is profit taking, after all, both GENM and GENTING have been on the rise since weeks ago....I think its a healthy correction.

No idea how far it can dip, but if it dips further, opportunity arises. And we never know the timing it rebounds if we sell earlier to catch a further low...
