Taking advantage of the future prospect and higher share price in coming months, the company plan to issue PP to new investors. The big question is: Who is the new investors?

I believed another spike in share price when the company officially announced the PP to Bursa soon.

xyxy, it's not only PP, the company had secured many contracts which will turn the company around for FY18 after loss-making for a long time. Sharks/investors are possibly re-rating the company in anticipation of the future profit and projected growth.

The company was awarded 8 contracts from Trade House Atlantis Ltd from March to August 2017 totaling 25.5m. 4.9m revenue had been realized in 4Q17 ending 31-May-17 with net profit of 667k. About 5.2m and 15.4m revenues will be reflected in 1Q18 ending 31-Aug-17 and 2Q18 ending 30-Nov-17 respectively.

With 1H18 total revenue of 20.6m, projected profit is 2.8m. Based on 361m shares, EPS is 0.9 cents annualised to 1.8 cents. At current price, PER is very cheap at 8.23. Taking average PER of 30 for IT companies, fair value is 50 cents.

Thus, the company has solid fundamental, not purely goreng. Also, rumours of take over from last year's the Edge article and proposed PP will drive the price higher.

Sitia, most likely the price will go up but only the insiders know how much based on their target PP price. The price will maintain or go up further if there are other good news like good QR or go down after the PP. If you are scared to buy right now, just watch the show and enjoy. From my experience, the sharks will not push the same counter again within the same year once the game is over and will find new counter to play and I think it is Pallete's turn to go up If you decide to buy, make sure you monitor closely and be prepared to take profit/cut loss if the trend reverses.

Look at Krono as an example. Proposal for PP was announced on 29 May when the price was 0.46. The PP was fixed at 0.79 on 7 Aug, about 2 months later. In the case of Pallete, price already shoot up even before PP was officially announced.

During PP, the company will push the price as high as possible before they fixed the price to get as much money as possible. After the PP, the price may go up further like Krono or go down like Seacera.

If it is purely goreng, UMA will stop the uptrend. But if continue up, then there will be major news to be announced. They might announce when the price is already 40-50 cents like MLAB, ANZO but by that time, t's too late to buy. For me, no news is good news.

Starts to drop 2-3 cents everyday is not a good sign as chance of rebound is slim compared to big drop followed by big rebound. It will also fooled many ikan bilis into holding longer period with small losses everyday until they realized it is too late to cut loss. Be careful

There is pending litigation for patent infringement against the company in the US. Looks like they will lose the case and have to pay damages which will result in negative QR for next quarter. Read the last QR for more info. The directors already started selling last week.

As I said before, once their shareholding is below 5%, no more announcement, all you see is daily price drops until 0%. To rub salt to the wound, even their principal officers are dumping their shares. So, if the insiders are doing all these, WTF are you still holding/buying this counter?

What's the point of commenting what I said last week or last month? Share price changes on daily basis and you make trading decision based on market movement/sentiment. Ask yourself whether what I commented just now is valid or not, not what I said last week or last month.

Once their shareholding go below 5%, they can dispose without further announcement. All you see is price drop drop drop

After long white candle yesterday, today will most likely close with long red candle based on previous trend. Justa Doll, It's just a forecast for TP, it may reach the target and it may not. Even the best analyst could not predict actual target price.

However, I asked you guys to take profit last Friday morning when it was at the highest. On Friday afternoon, I gave warning to cut loss in case the price drops.
