RichardRich, what you said does not make sense. .Why merge, then list the highway business to a new company and keep the properties? If that's the case, Ekovest share price will drop to below 0.50 for sure.

LKH should just keep the company business as it is with Ekovest specializes in highways and IWC in properties unless there is something major wrong with IWC which LKH must delist to keep it under wrap.

Lizi is right. It depends on why investors buy Ekovest. If they buy because of the lucrative highways only, not the properties, then they will sell and that's what happened.

Also, what's the synergy between highways and properties? Investors are worried Ekovest might lose focus on highway business and concentrate on properties which take a long time to monetize.
