Private placement RM 0.20, still can sell down to RM 0.04.

Did you know before TIGER (7079) rights issue RM 0.08,
they had done many times ESOS and big volume private placements at RM 0.20 ?
The time TIGER was RM 0.13
They sell down then to now RM 0.04
Do you understand how the maths works?
Compare to MRCB ESOS 1.3, 1.07, could they do similar things to trick YOU ?
