Gemlover and Fam Jenny, a note of appreciation and thankyou for (A) sharing generously with substance in this forum (B) making sacrifice and take the trouble to attend the SGM (C) asking in a forceful yet reasonable manner numerous questions during the SGM, that's of concern to all of us (D) and finally , taking the pain to write/report in this forum factually all that has transpired during the SGM, knowing that some in this forum do not appreciate it and worst still throw rotten eggs on you.(I was at the SGM and hence can testify to the accuracy of your reports). Finally, pls do not leave this forum out of discouragement. Lets fight till the end, I suspect CSL is around bottom level and the point of inflection is not too far away.

Fam J , Gemlover, Wahaha and others. Thanks to Gemlover for sharing your details and well thoughout plan. i have nearly the same set of questions.
(1) Shareholder list. I called bursa sometime back and they say the same thing to Gemlover as well..ie request from CSL but need their ED approval.
Bursa did mention that they are monitoring CSL's situation ie major shareholders disposing share and suppressing share price in the process.
We can strengthen our request for the latest Shareholder's list bye indicating that we have the right or need to know who we are voting for before the voting proper start since they is an obvious change in the shareholding list.

(2) Change of Auditors. Although FKT's reply implies CSL request the termination of FKT's service..we must ask for the real reason for a change in auditor . ( Bear in mind, last month Msport did exactly the same thing and appoint the same new auditor RT LLT that CSL is proposing). What we can do is ask for an undertaking or pledge from the BOD that CSL's financial account is above board and intact as condition before we vote for their proposal. Or we propose a third party one time independent audit to verify accounts.

..will update as more ideas crop out.

Al..concur with your TP of 2.50. Apple is going from hot to white hot soon (maybe by next week),
Avago and therefore Inari will follow suit . Expect a series of earning upgrades ..TP 2.50 becomes conservative !

Not surprisingly so is Avago, who is now an almost US$10B co ...." Avago Technologies Ltd. shares rose Wednesday after the chipmaker reported a better-than-expected fiscal third quarter and gave a solid revenue forecast for its current quarter.
THE SPARK: Avago said Tuesday that it earned 74 cents per share for the quarter on an adjusted basis, up from 72 cents per share last year. Its revenue increased to $644 million from $606 million. Looks like an even better qtr is on the way, coupled with the Amertron revenue and main board listing...do not be surprised if Inari go for the RM2 range , market gyration aside.

Using Kevin's approach to do a forecast of FY14..its possible to arrive at EPS of 10 to 11 sen (using Qtr3 earning of 3.68sen as base) This assumption exclude the tax-free effect and Amerton's contribution of 3% to 4% net . TP of RM1 to RM1.5 is possible in mid term !
