I think PMSB is "off the shelf" company that anyone can buy from a secretarial company. It is a dormant company. normally "off the shelf" company is acquired from a secretarial company to cut short the incorporation process. Nothing much. However, one might one to know the category of business PMSB is registered as. Then one will know as to what business ETI will be venturing in.

i foresee ETI will have a construction project, PMSB will be the vehicle.

you should look at the computation made by Gadang in their earlier announcement. Please read. Price should go down instead of up due to PP.

the drop might be due to some investors feel there are dilution as a resilt of PP. PP only consist of 10% @ RM1.68. by right price wont go down till RM1.68 as only 10% PP. if it go till RM1.68 or close to it, it shows investors not confident of the plan behind the PP. I guess the price of RM1.80 or so now is the right price of the co, but i suspect will go down just a little bit more... linger around there for a while and shoot up later, esp when the quarterly result come.
No worries on this stock - just that whether you are patient to wait or not.
