On behalf of the Board of Directors of CME, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 8 July 2014, granted CME an extension of time for a further three (3) months period from 9 July 2014 to 8 October 2014 to submit the draft circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Proposals.
This announcement is dated 9 July 2014.
