在不久前完成发行不可赎回可转换债券登高控股-LB（TANCO-LB，2429LB，主要板房产）的登高控股（TANCO，2429，主要板房产）日前再有新企业动作。

　这一次是发出多达3409万单位的雇员认购权证（ESOS）。该公司雇员可通过此计划以每股20仙行使价，买进登高控股股票。

　在之前发行的登高控股-LB，登高控股并没有取得很好的认购率。该公司在今年初建议发行总值最高达3349万令吉，或3亿3490万单位的面值10仙可转换债券。

　持有该可转换债券的朋友可以两单位债券转换成为一股，或是使用一单位债券加上10仙现金行使成为一股。不过，该债券的认购率只有57.4%或1亿9233单位债券。

　这主要是因为该公司的股东很多都不愿意认购要以20仙转换的不可赎回债券。登高控股股价在过去一个月的股价都在15仙至16.5仙之间波动，比20仙的转换价或是行使价低。

认购者多为大股东董事

　值得一提的是登高控股-LB大部分的认购者是该公司的大股东和董事们。他们通过额外申请认购债券以及通过市场买进认购权，去达到增加间接股权的目的。

　在登高控股-LB交易后不到一个月，登高又在上周建议发雇员认购权证，该公司的董事们是占有上述雇员认购权证的接近1半数量。

　从公司董事和大股东的动作来看，登高控股股价日后表现应可看俏。假如我们认为懂得公司内部最清楚的大股东和董事，花如此多心思为本身日后增持股票作打算，他们应该对公司股价日后表现有信心。

　登高控股-LB的期限是3年，而这一次的雇员认购权证认购计划期限也是3年。如果投资者认为这些局内人的动作值得注意，那么登高控股股价应该在未来3年内，会从目前价位显著上涨的机会很高。
