Bonus and free warrants are NOT FREE because the share price will be adjusted DOWNWARDS after the XD. Moreover the total number of shares in the market has increased more than 50%. Bonus shares are good only if the company is undervalued in terms of valuation in assets etc.

Who is behind the huge chunk of selling and buying in the first 10 minutes of opening trading? Definitely not the ordinary small investors.

Bornoil share price is not affected by the fluctuation of gold price.

Zainal is only a representative of the government taking care of the company on behalf. Dnex is GLC. He can be replaced anytime if there is problem like company not doing well or loosing money.Remember Dnex was Time Engineering which make huge losses under previous management and bailout by the government.

If opposition win next GE, all GLC will remain because they are racebased. Goverment projects will be monopolised by GLC as usual.

Why is Bornoil selling huge chunk of treasury shares 171M shares in the open market just before announcing bonus and free warrants? Pump and dump? No wonder Bornoil price so weak and so many selling Waiting for ikanbilis to buy hoping it will 'fly'. Sad thing.

I believe the 171M Treasury shares sold by Bornoil at 0.17-0.175 are still in the market on resales at 0.180-0.190 making good profit. The final buyer could be Victoria Capital Sdn Bhd which also want to profit later. So got to wait a while until the com. gets official approval from Bursa and shareholders.

As at 4April 2017 Victoria Cap. Owns 6.898% of Born Oil shares. I think they will continue to acquire more from open market and we hope to gain from price rise in the process.
