Why is Bornoil not a stock to buy:(i).Management team not proactive (ii).Too many shares created (iii).Poor and irregular earnings (iv).Doing only small time business (v).Look at the long term chart, its bearish downtrend since FEB 2015 99sen down all the way to 0.09sen now.....just my observation.

Look at the QR reports on revenue and earnings, really disappointed with such a huge issued company shares. No wonder no fund manager interested. The management has no choice but to buy their own shares and maximum is 10% only.

Bornoil has never shown any good earnings from 2008 till 2017 and the price stayed bearish from 2015 peak at 1.00 to present low of 0.095 referring to i3investor long-term chart.

Gold price, recession, long term investment and whatnot are not the reasons to buy Bornoil.

Be realistic. The world economy is performing well including Malaysia. Many well managed Malaysian companies are doing well. There wont be recession or war whatsoever. The world is peaceful and prosperous. The hope for war or recession so that gold price and Bornoil share price will go up is almost impossible.

It is a fact that Bornoil's business is just too small and do not generate much income with its huge issued shares. Not the target of investment by fund managers and smart investors.

Looking at the future prospect: The earning of Bornoil is meager and dwindling not up to expectation. The main income from small fast food business is not exciting at all and the mining business activity is flat not contributing much either. The directors are not aggressive or care to venture to improve the earnings. I wonder the coming quarter earning will be encouraging.
Looking at the issued shares: Bornoil 4.545b , WB 56.634m , WC 1.734b , WD
378.683m. Too bloated with little business supporting it.

Weird. Bornoil management ppl buy and sell their own shares. Cannot go up but only down.

The reality is that this stock down from 0.190 before bonus to 0.105 after bonus. Why still insist this is a good up,up,up counter?

Though Censof holds 17.25% of Dnex, the management wont sell it for quick profit or hold cash because Censof has no significant investment to take up. Moreover present businesses are not generating good profit and the last two quarters are in the red and looks like will continue to the next Q. The holding on in Dnex is just a buffer to show accumulated Qs is making profit.
Just my observation.

Buy mother and WB and enjoy more profit later.
