Good closing price and congratulations to those who still hold this counter. I have sold all during the recent rally. At today's closing price of 29.5 cents, PE is about 15x. In my opinion, it is a bit too high already. Unless Ringgit continues to weaken vs USD, I don't see anymore catalyst for Techfast to record an improved financial performance in the upcoming quarters. Furthermore, there is also no capital commitment mentioned by Tecfast to expand their production line. Hence more or less, their financial performance will remain stagnant.

hmm. just when I thought I am about to make some quick money from this counter, this happened. But I am hopeful the downtrend today is only because someone is pushing it down to collect more in anticipation of a very good Dec result. LOL. fingers crossed.

SSTEEL reported very good earnings and profit for its Dec result and attributed the better performance due to higher steel selling price. Its share price jumped today. AYS next in the line? Its EPS for the last 2 quarters alone already surpassed its EPS for the full year 2015 n 2014. Low PE with commendable dividend yield.

Thanks cktay for your reply. however if you look through their previous announcements, they never mention their client's name. hence publicity shld not be an issue in my opinion.

I just dont understand why Sendai is keeping the news on its newly contract wins and only announce them during the quarterly result. I think they shld announce it as and when they won the new contract. That will further boost the share price performance IMHO.

yeah agree, property counter is rather inconsistent. got trapped at EUPE for quite sometimes, despite the so-called "undervalued" counter. but with "zero" borrowing with healthy cash position, this counter is worth looking at.
