Look at those Apple CA , when they issue the CA, always the settlement price way way above current market price punya. What does this mean? super high risk of pay to the pants drop right ? So what will you do to hedge ?

Lim, I guess our appetite to risk is different. I choose to put money in CA at the right price I think I can accept because the mother share is so solid and you know CA will end move faster than mother share for those attach to solid mother share.
If you are the issuer of the CA at 0.15 cents issue price, will you let investors get cheap CA for a super duper Solid Mother share with proven speed to double triple its price since July 2013 till now ? Yes, 6 to 1 at 3.72 seems very difficult to achieve but Dsonic moved from 2.23 2 July 2013 to 9.91 20 Dec 2013. Then split to 5 and moved from 2.25 since 22 Dec 2013 to 4.15 on28 Mar 2014 meaning in less than 9 months it had practically moved from 2.23 to 20.60

I made since bought 20 cents and sold 60 cents. That's why now I waiting to collect for FD 6 months. Look at how people trade in Nasdaq , all about potential and not base current price. If you strongly believe in Dsonic, buy CA better. Because even before expire date and mother share doubled to 8.30, you surely can sell CA 1.20 to 1.50. So, how many % return? And RM5000 can buy 10k plus unit. Say you sold 1.20 and bought at RM0.40 next Monday, already how many %? This is derived base on such a strong confidence of smart investors on mother shares mah

Looking at so many negative comments by smart investors, got good chance next Monday morning we can buy near 30 cents lor. If that really happen, I will rest 6 months and wait to collect my return 200% lor

In a nutshell, if you believe Dsonic is a superb company that still much undervalue, now CA is still cheap but of course you should try to buy after all smart investors and contra players throw down next Monday to get best price lor. Treat it as 6 months FD lor

Normally they will have a standard formula which will be fair to investor.

At the current rate of Dsonic business improving and mother shares speed of moving, I personally believe CA is a good value to invest and a fair value is below 80cents. No promise not commitment to anybody . This is just my personal thoughts thru past experience investing in such a superb company CW. I guess most investors will only start chasing once they see Dsonic move above RM6.00 very soon. By then, CA already way above 80 cents

But once the bonus 1 to 1 approved and ex at RM8.00 but CA still have 6 months to expire, they will bring down the conversion price according to ex bonus calculation. Normally is very fairly adjusted one.

Let say last 5 trading days before expiry Dsonic traded at RM10.00 average price. So they will use RM10.00. - RM 3.72 divide by 6 = RM 1.046
Let say if you have 50k units of CA, you will get RM1.046 x 50k - 1 or 2% charges of processing fees. So you will get back at least 50k .

If best CA drop 20 cents or more. Can buy some more to keep and wait for smart investors to pump Dsonic until it reach RM10 before Oct. Thanks for pushing CA down next Monday. I am waiting anxiously to catch more and keep. Can average down my investment mah. But keep pushing Dsonic ya. Thanks

Hopefully all contra players will throw immediately once market open next Monday and shark will let go so it can go down below 40 cents as I already start queuing between 35 to 45 cents buying 100k unit per bit. Keep it and wait till Oct. cheers

All in all, my take on CA is by weeks before expiry date surely giving at least 50% better return than buying the mother shares.I just share my experience making money buying CW.
