Mpay should exercise the 15% ESOS now to the staff pending submission of 20% placement shares to BURSA for approval......if ESOS offered at 20cts...then this will be a good indicator of the TP of 50cts will be easily reached....hoping ?

Now CSY has totally no more VC PAs....in her shareholding portfolio....but VC still has about 200 million PA left ...so will she buy more PAs to convert///

Why does CSY pay 15 cts to convert her 72,413,903 PA to VC shares, paying RM10.862 million ....alternatively CSY can just convert her 72;413;903 PA under 3 for 1 to get 24 million VC....valued at RM1.68 million...or with RM10.862 million CSY can just acquired about 155 million VC in the market.....increasing her stake to over 33% threshold.....CSY is really a Confusing Share Yankee!!

What happen to the 10% placement shares amounting to about 121 million shares costing about RM 8.4 million approved by KLSE on 16-06-20......till now no news of placement to placees ?.

CSY holds about 26% of MMAG @ 35cts , 29.65 % of MYSCM @ 40cts and about 25% of Vortex.@ 0.07 cts but Nta is 28cts.....so how and when will CSYdeal with Vortex during the closed period pending announcement of June qtr result this August 2020

Luckily PN still intact to rule, good for DNex , Iris & Eden to recover next week..
