Is the Reassessment done in the High Court or PIAM or OFS ? In reassessing, possible MSIG May have brought several renowned Assesor to show the error of award by the High Court Judge who can judge but do not how to assess, which has complicated the Award .Looks DPS is fighting a drastically reduced Assessment by MSIG , which is causing the delay. Maybe , DPS should just accept whatever given by MSIG, say 50% also good enough and concentrate on their Furniture , Property and new business opportunities ,,,,,

In November , 2011, DPS shot up from 12 to as high 40 cts , with the WA almost the same price in a matter of days and came down in the end ....Looks like history may repeat itself and Peter and macai , now holding easily 70% of the Mother and Wa will reap what they have sowed this month of April...better buy now to join them and just cannot imagine the profit they will be making...

On assumption that DPS gets MSIG Fire Insurance Claim of RM22 million and HSBC RM17 million Fire Insurance Claim, can DPS be classified as a Cash Cow Company ?.and be a subject of a takeover or privatization target...

Hopefully, HSBC Takaful Insurance will come to an amicable settlement on the RM17 million DPS Fire Claim once MSIG Hong Leong agree to release the RM22 million next week,,,,,17 Plus 22 million cash is a lot of money ...cannot imagine how much DPS will jump on this good news, maybe like Sedania!
